I was just there with my bike that I brought into the restaurant that I put in a safe place while I ordered and waited for my food and the scumbag manager boss was a complete dooshbag rude ahole completely disrespectful trying to tell me my bike can't be in the establishment.. he could have been more professional and polite rather being a dirt bag about it.. ?? I hope he sees this too

What does AB1276 say about my missing food? I like how you conveniently skipped over the part where you essentially robbed me of the price of my burrito. Also, you need to review AB1276 a little better. It does not say you can't give me napkins, nor does it say that you can not ask me if I want single-serve items. I stand behind my statement that you all should be fired, starting with you, "Mr. Business Manager!" Here is the code for you and everyone reading this review. Assembly Bill No. 1276 CHAPTER 505 An act to amend Sections 42270 and 42271 of, to amend the heading of Chapter 5.2 (commencing with Section 42270) of Part 3 of Division 30 of, and to add Sections 42272 and 42273 to, the Public Resources Code, relating to solid waste. [ Approved by Governor October 05, 2021. Filed with Secretary of State October 05, 2021. ] LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 1276, Carrillo. Single-use foodware accessories and standard condiments. Existing law prohibits a full-service restaurant, as specified, from providing single-use plastic straws, as defined, to consumers unless requested by the consumer, and places the duty to enforce this prohibition on specified state and local health and environmental health officers and their agents. Existing law specifies that the first and 2nd violations of these provisions result in a notice of violation, and any subsequent violation is an infraction punishable by a fine of $25 for each day the full-service restaurant is in violation, but not to exceed an annual total of $300. This bill would instead prohibit a food facility from providing any single-use foodware accessory or standard condiment, as defined, to a consumer unless requested by the consumer, as provided. The bill would prohibit those items from being bundled or packaged in a way that prohibits the consumer from taking only the item desired. The bill would authorize a food facility to ask a drive-through consumer, or a food facility located within a public airport to ask a walk-through consumer, if the consumer wants a single-use foodware accessory in specified circumstances. The bill would require a food facility using a third-party food delivery platform to list on its menu the availability of single-use foodware accessories and standard condiments and only provide those items when requested, as provided. The bill would exclude from these requirements correctional institutions, health care facilities, residential care facilities, and public and private school cafeterias. This bill would require a city, county, or city and county, on or before June 1, 2022, to authorize an enforcement agency to enforce these requirements. The bill would specify that the first and 2nd violations of these provisions result in a notice of violation, and any subsequent violation is an infraction punishable by a fine of $25 for each day in violation, but not to exceed an annual total of $300. By creating a new crime and imposing additional duties on local governing bodies, this bill would impose a state-mandated local program. The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the state. Statutory provisions establish procedures for making that reimbursement. This bill would provide that with regard to certain mandates no reimbursement is required by this act for a specified reason. With regard to any other mandates, this bill would provide that, if the Commission on State Mandates determines that the bill contains costs so mandated by the state, reimbursement for those costs shall be made pursuant to the statutory provisions noted above. Digest Key Vote: MAJORITY Appropriation: NO Fiscal Committee: YES Local Program: YES Bill Text The people of the State of California do enact as follows: SECTION 1. The heading of Chapter 5.2 (commencing with Section 42270) of Part 3 of Division 30 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read: CHAPTER 5.2. Single-Use Foodware Accessories and Condiments SEC. 2. Section 42270 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read: 42

Restaurant and restroom are pretty gross. They don't seem to clean, which they should. Food was ok, was not the best Bakers. Staff was alright too. Manager needs to stay on top of the place cause it is dirty and stinky.

I don't know what's going on, but the drive thru takes a very long time and this is around 11:00pm so there is about one or two cars in front of me. I sometimes spend my whole lunch time just waiting in line. Also, when you ask for onions on your hamburgers they never put any. This has happened more then once. I always loved Bakers but I just don't know what's happening to this place. ?

The service wasn't bad, the food was really bad. The cook had to be a magician, he cooked the burgers to order however they were cold. The buns were hard and cheese was cold. The fries were old, cold and unsalted.

The hamburger patties were like paper thin. There was no tomatoes for the hamburgers, but, there were tomatoes on the tacos. The onions given us on the side looked like they were several days old. They even smelt bad. The lady at the counter said they were all that way. The banana cream shake was ordered with no whip cream. Therefore, they didn't put the wafer cookies on either. They couldn't cook the fries lightly. They have to be in the fryer the whole time of the timer or they would be undercooked. Our first time at a Bakers and our last. It was terrible!!!

Bad customer service; ordered through the app to pick up for drive through. Order wasn't ready when I got there, which is fine I get that. But then they told me to wait in the front to get it. I parked and waiting and after 20 mins nothing. I had to go inside and ask them for my food to which they gave me. Lack communication skills and speedy service, my food was cold.

this is my second time at this location and they lack customer service skills--someone is always mad. bakers hire people who actually want to be there challenge. food is decent.

Stopped by this location while driving through the area. Love Baker's! I always wonder why they don't open stores on LA and OC County. Anyways, the staff were nice and the service was prompt. The food was fresh and delicious.
