Ok can someone please correct this, house dressing isn't what I expect when asking for ranch. Don't think this actually makes up for the great service. This should be an included service.

Wonderful experience, it was so clean and the employees were so inviting and nice! I will definitely be back every week.Kid-friendliness: They were so sweet and were so patient while my 6 year old daughter ordered her own meal.

This place is horrible and overpriced. Just paid $14 for a chicken sandwiches that I could not even eat. Never again JR! Never again!Update: Store owner reached out to offer apologies and food replacement. I did not accept the food offer but provided more details and feedback instead. I thought my review would go into the nothingness but seems Carl's JR may actually care about their customers.

Last time I went here (11/27/23 12:15pm), the genius at the register charged me for two meals. Guess he paid for his lunch with my card. Go here at your own risk.

literally between 10:25pm and 10:35pm pulled into the drive through to order my children I some food at this particular Carl's just every other night the drive through lady who was taking orders a white lady she tried to hide from the window after she was rude to me tried to correct me when i clearly stated exactly what I wanted and was very rude and then refused to take my order after I asked her why is she being rude to me, and threatened to call the police on me, I have never had this happen to me here. I am a governemn employee and I refuse to let this go unspoken for I will be reaching out to the GM and emailing whom it may concern because this is unacceptable. I am a tax paying hard working individual and I should not have to find another establishKent to find my children food because someone is having a bad night at work. I've never had this issue when the black lady works the drive through at night
