I had sent my nephew to do laundry, but he must have gone to the wrong door, where he saw and took a picture of this: a blanket lying on top of the pizza boxes. It was unsettling to see. I would not order from here again!

I am a huge Papa John’s fan order from Papa John’s all the time and very disappointed in my latest experience. I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery. It took a very long time for me to receive my pizzas and then when I finally did receive them, they were both cold super disappointed.

It's a take away or delivery pizza restaurant so atmosphere stars are actually inappropriate or not applicable for this business model . They are located in a Stater Bros shopping center with other dine in or take out food establishments , Papa Johns is a well known brand and this location is on par with most other Papa Johns abd if yiu are not familiar they are a 2nd tier pizza and priced accordingly, when you want that type of pizza they don't disappoint, I'm actually eating some now and it's good value priced pizza id say compared to Aldi pizza without having to cook it

Let's start with what's wrong with the pizza, they looked like they didn't take their time spreading the toppings and the pizza taste super doughy like it wasn't event cooked. I paid for the epic stuff crust with the pepperoni and guess what it's regular stuff crust so they charged extra for that. The garlic sauce was already half opened so definitely can't use that. All I can say is avoid this store at all cost please! Go to another location and spend your money right. I think I was better off at Domino's!

8/16/23 2pm . in the 13 years I have lived in Loma Linda. I've never had bad service from any of the delivery services around here ,until today. Pizza was severely late barely warm and delivery driver. Mario decided to rap his exhaust of his white two door SUV in front of my house. i'm sure it's because I complain to him about the service. I am very very disappointment in papa John's. back to dominos for me .

I had a terrible order I do security and had delivery I ordered the cool ranch papadia meal and 10 piece boneless BBQ wings I asked for easy cheese on the papadia I didn't get that and the wings were raw inside and the bbq sauce was just thrown on top of the wings I paid with cash and could not get a refund i will never order from papa johns again the food was terrible

well it's been a few years since we've eaten here and we'll we were craving pizza other than little Ceasars the food was good . we got two large two topping pizzas and a pepperoni pizza with wings. The total was 70 bucks or so. like said the food was good but imma penny pincher and I would have been just as content with LC Pizza and wings for like 30 bucks ..Parking: it's a busy shopping center .so parking is a little difficult to find close by and if you do park in front its tough getting out as cars are constantly driving byWheelchair accessibility: there wasn't any steps
