I called this location a day before for a last minute catering request (safety lunch celebration) it's for 100 people and they delivered. On time, good customer service. Would use this location again!

Came in on Saturday Nov 11 @ 8:40. My bf and I are regulars at this location. We place an order and realize that we still have about 10 minutes to eat before they close. Me being pregnant, i was happy to be able to sit down and eat my food. We finally get our food and we sit down, without being told that they were closing. As we were eating the worker who took our order wearing a mask turns off the light and says "we're closed ya'll" in the middle of us eating and storms off. My bf and i thought she was giving us a warning that they were closing and we had a few minutes to finish up, cause usually thats what a good customer service food establishment would do right? So, we continue to eat and she commences to close. Again, she walks out to our table and says "i said we're closed"?? We sat in complete disbelief that this was happening. We checked the time and it was 8:58pm. She couldn't even give us the two minutes to finish up?? Where is the common decency now a days to let a paying customer finish their food?! She was small in height, black hair in a pony tail, glasses, and wearing a mask. Horrible customer service.

The food is good and I am just loving this mini bowl. Chicken only but still good.Vegetarian options: You can get just veggies or tofu or fish.Parking: It's a store front area so parking is tight.

Walked in and a team member walk over, looked at my husband and me... didn't say a word. Not a hello, be right with you..nothing. He finished up putting together an order (longest I've ever seen someone put precut avocados on top of a chicken bowl, add a lid, and put it in bag). Once he was finished, he turned around and walked to the back.. without saying a single word. Meanwhile there was another team member in the back dropping a curse word in Spanish every other word. We walked out. The people who work there clearly don't want to be there...

Idiots work here. I CALLED in and placed an order, they charged me for 8 sauces and said the new app is glitchy? I CALLED in. Best part was they "couldnt do anything about it" and would rather argue over 2$... I'm not tripping but yall are obviously hurting for business. Not sure how hard it is to take an order over the phone. And yall want 20$ an hour? Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else. Ridiculous.

So far the food has bin on par and really enjoy it and is good. 5 ⭐. I just don't understand why they are changed me to not put cabbage in my bowl. That to me doesn't make sense.

I enjoy eating Waba Grill as a nice treat ? Today, I was dissatisfied by my meal. Service was good but what I ordered sweet & spicey chicken with brown rice and steak & chicken with brown rice, I suppose no vegetables are included in the meals, the rice dry so we're the chicken and steak, we felt as the were eating cardboard. The place is nice and clean. Feeling disappointed in Waba Grill. ?☹️

Do NOT order the ribeye steak. Burnt chopped micro pieces of cockroach p*** ground beef is more accurate description. Rice is also too dry and hard. 0/5 stars Update- contacted store the same night and nobody has gotten back to me. Contacted [email protected] and nobody has gotten back to me. Yelp business response is clearly fake and they do not actually care about fixing the problem.
