I came across them based on recommendations from several friends. They make the best baguette, especially for Brazilians who love what we know as 'French bread' in Brazil. Indeed, the taste and crunchiness are very similar. Exceptional! However, there hasn't been a single time when I didn't have to wait at least 15 minutes just in line to pay. It's usually a single queue, where everyone who is ordering items at the counter is, along with those who only want one item like the baguette, which doesn't require any staff assistance. And even though they have 2 checkouts, it's common to have only one person at the register. Because of this, I simply gave up on going to the establishment until they resolve this issue. I passed by there a few days ago and the problem persists. The line was even wrapping around inside the store. I'll leave a 1-star rating until this is sorted out. Afterward, I'll gladly revise my review and enjoy trying other products to leave a more detailed review here as well.

Are you kidding me? This is hands down the #1 Japanese bakery in Southern California. I live in Tokyo , and this place meets Tokyo standards.Parking: It can get crowded during peak hours in spite of the large lot.

Yum!! We've been coming bere sporadically since they opened and have never been disappointed. The parking lot can get a little crazy, especially during their busy morning hours. But! The pastries are delicious, the people working have always been nice and friendly, and it's a great addition for the locals who live in the surrounding neighborhoods. Some of our favorite items are the strawberry croissant, the chocolate horn, lemon bar, and their PB&J comes on the softest bread!!We will definitely continue to visit The Cream Pan when we are in the mood for tasty breakfast pastries.

The first thing I noticed was that it was so clean and new, with a fairly large parking area. In the afternoon, there is not much selection, but still enough food to enjoy an afternoon of coffee or tea. My favorite is the strawberry croissants, and the savory Japanese food they offer in the refrigerated section. I appreciate the nice selection of musubi and other savory foods to choose from. Being painted all white brings out how clean a bakery needs to be and is an enviting atmosphere to patrons who dine here.

Fresh carrot juice! Love it in the morning with an egg sandwich. If I need lunch they have it too and reasonable prices.

I am so excited I found a cream pan close to me! I used to always go to the one in Tustin, and just recently discovered this location. It's so clean and definitely a lot bigger. There is so much more food selections and pastries with seating inside. Service was so fast and friendly, there was a long line but it was not a long wait at all. I only went in for their infamous strawberry croissant-- but I will definitely come back to sit down and eat here with my family

I finally tried more of the pastries here and they didn't disappoint except for one - the orange brioche. It was so tasty on top but the bottom half of the bread was dry. The raspberry cream cheese pastry has the texture of a croissant and is so good. The cream pan is the more simple pastry but soooo soft and that cream inside is heavenly. The Boston Cream donut was delicious. And I finally had the two red bean items. The steamed bun with red bean was good but that red bean pastry (refrigerated case) was AMAZING! It had red bean and cream - I died.

Come here before 11- they sell out FAST! Tons of great ready made sandwich and pastry/ bread options. Sandwiches will keep for 2-3 days in your refrigerator Everything we have tried (almost all the sandwiches and most of the pastries) is fantastic and fair priced. Always a line but it moves fast
