I placed an app order for pickup. Walked up to the door, it was locked. Walked over to the other door and it was locked as well. The app instructs you to go to the counter to pick up your food. Had to go through the drive-thru, the young lady was very nice however.

Ordered from the Taco Bell menu. Sticking to my no meat on Fridays, I ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos. Only 5 bucks and some change. This was way better than Carl's Jr.. They charged me $17+ for two.

I recently visited this KFC location and the employee at the front counter provided 5 star service. I was greeted within seconds of walking in to this establishment I also received my order in a timely manner and my food was fresh and hot. I’m going to recommend this location to all my friends and family. I will be visiting again very soon.

I will say the Customer service extremely poor here, I went to the drive through and the black short lady kept me on hold for 7 minutes and when she answered she asked me are you ready to order it not, I felt so embarrassed and I had to go inside to get order upon getting there the short black lady did not even act like she recognized someone was in her front she just walked away after attending to a customer in my front and never said a word to me at this moment I knew I was in the wrong place. I had to turn back and walked away. I never ordered and she wasted my 30 minute break. I had to go back to work very hungry

THIS IS THE WORST KFC. ANTILLA THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER, IS A TERRIBLE WORKER AND HAS THE MOST STINKY ATTITUDE. Lobby was closes at 7pm. Had to use the drive ordered food and was missing an item. The drive thru was backed up and didn't want to go back through it again. So had to park and walk up to the drive thru window to get the missing items. Embarrassing!
