Broths alright, definitely important spices that pho is known for. Greens seemed old and the meat was overcooked. The thai tea was my biggest thing, its NOT thai tea at all, just powder and milk. I will say though, service was fast and the employees were very kind, just sucks that its not a great pho place.

I discovered this place back in 2018 when I moved to southbay from SouthPass. Love their pho, it's fragrant and full of flavor both there pho(s) and bun (cold) noodles. They are both great during the summer and winter months. Their bahn mi sands are decent, but I like their soups better. I have had their poke bowls, which you can customize if you have cravings. I have ordered numerous times for take out and delivery. If you do decide to eat in house, the people are great, friendly, and hospitable. The restaurant is a bit small and not good for large groups. It is located right off the PCH in Lomita and in the same parking lot as with Maru Korean Restaurant which is a good eats place.

Food is really good here. Especially the BBQ pork banh Mi sandwiches. I tried the brisket and shrimp pho multiple times and can't really recall a time I was disappointed. At times due to high demand for ordering over the phone or online. The food can sometimes seemed rushed the shrimp wasn't deveined properly. An out of all the times I've been here it only happened once. So big ups to pho 1945 & Poke Bowl food is great and customer service was up to par. I highly recommend this place for there great sandwiches and amazing pho.

Tried this place for dinner. There is plenty of parking and no wait. Had the specual combo pho that has beef steak, brisket, tripe, tendon and meat balls. The pros: Good noodle texture Good broth to meat to noodle ratio Fresh bean sprouts, peppers and basil Cons: Unfortunately the broth was bland and not much flavor. If you are the type that dump your condiments into your soup you will not notice. The broth could also be a bit hotter temperature wise. The eggrolls were tasty and crispy but more veggies to wrap would of been great.

I ordered the Veggie and Tofu Pho and there were only 3 thin slices of fried Tofu in it. The broth is average, did not have much flavor. I tried to order their Vietnamese Coffee but they only have the powdered type, not the traditional Vietnamese Coffee. A bit disappointing for a Vietnamese Restaurant not to have a traditional Viet Coffee.This is a fusion type of restaurant.Price is ok.
