Super friendly great service offering such tasty authentic Shanghainese food! The Sheng Jian bao was incredible as was the fried green beans with pork mince (our favourites for the night)! Will definitely be back to try some of the noodle dishes!
We ordered way too much food in our zeal to try everything that sounded good. And everything we tried tasted good, too. The Shanghai rice cakes were perfectly cooked and the curry chicken noodle soup was served with the soup separated so the noodles wouldn't absorb it all before you could eat it. The spicy beef noodles could have used more heat and that can be said about everything we ordered that was supposed to be spicy, but we tend to like it ?. I come here a lot. I’ve been trying a wide variety of dishes, and for the most part they’re great. Grilled dumplings are excellent, as are the chow meins, particularly the black pepper sauce. Curry noodle soup is a favorite. I tried the orange chicken this week, which I usually don’t order, but it was the best I’ve had. Salt and pepper pork chops were very good. Family run.
