Love this place , but just had a horrible customer service from Lin (manager/owner?).I call to order and in my order I wanted extra mushrooms in my soup(as I've ordered numerous times before)She told me it was not poossible and that I didn't understand that it was extra-quite rudely-i replied that I understood and was fine with it .Once I got to the restaurant:1. My order wasn't ready and had to wait (I got there 10min after Lin told me it would be ready) with her excuse being she couldn't read her own writing...2. There was no extra mushrooms in the soup-but found this only after I got home.I called again and got accused I didn't ask for the extra mushrooms. They said they'd prepare them and for me to come back. I got charged for them and Lin completely ignored me - not even offered an apology (even non committal like 'sorry I might have not understood your orders' )Extremely disappointed by the customer service from Lin. I hope this gets addressed.

Amazing hot and sour soup. Food is always fresh. Service is fast. We've been going there for many years.
The food is excellent, favorite local Chinese food! Service improve though. Stood in line tonight with a couple others and they were looking right at us just talking amongst eachother and didn't even acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes....

I can't gatekeep this any longer, but I really love their Salt & Pepper Chicken and their Lo Mein! Definitely coming back for these 2-plus they give generous portions. The service was fine, and the actual store was pretty clean. No complaints here.
