Unfortunately this pizza place has been going downhill. I placed online order at 9 pm and it’s 11 pm and I have not received my pizza. The pizza shop is understaffed and there not enough drivers. I had to drive down to the pizza shop location and ask on the status of my order. The pizza delivery driver was on his way to deliver my pizza but it took around 2 hours. If you want to late pizza, just know a 2 hour wait is a possibility.

Pizza seems to be getting better over the years. Lately, the pizza isn't cut through and it rips into pieces when the kids go to grab a piece, so we have to run a pizza slicer through it again when we get home.Otherwise the price is right and the cashier is always friendly.Domino's could take a sizable lead in the pizza wars if they offered more toppings.

Food is usually good but this time toppings were very skimpy given the price. Service was less than cordial, possibly due to their being busy. I don't believe busy ness should be an excuse for poor customer service/ customer relationsWheelchair accessibility: Without help, I would never be able to go to this location by myself. Staff have not generally been too helpful, as the door is difficult for me to open given my particular disability.

Emergency pizza sounds illegal and its also basically a scam. This isnt free its 6 dollars and also it has to meet a delivery amount that i already met. I dont like dominos but a free pizza sounded cool. Your ranch is made out of plastic just like the ingredients in your pizzas. Go to a local pizza place. This dominos uses a foreign call center to answer phone orders.

I mean the pizza is dominos, but it’s adequate for dominoes. The food is fine. The problem is their delivery. In an attempt to circumvent their quality system to make themselves look better they will say orders are delivered long before they ever get delivered. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and insanely frustrating when you’re trying to track your order and it says delivered 10+ minutes before they actually show up to your house.

Worst service ever. No one knows what they are doing. Very rude when I called to tell them what happened. They ruined the pizza party I was throwing for my students. I called to talk to the manager, who I am sure was not the manager. You could barely understand him. There were multiple things wrong with my order and things I asked for were forgotten, and I was very upset. He apologized and said he was too busy to remember it all. I ordered the night before and I even called to check in with them an hour and 1/2 before the pizza was going to be picked up. I had a student pick it up with their sister for time's sake, They told me it wasn't paid for, even though I got a confirmation email showing I paid with the card. They made my student pay. The pizza showed up late and half my students didn't get to enjoy it. " The manager" hung the phone up on me when I called to get a refund for the fact they messed everything up. I kept asking over and over for the owner's number and he wouldn't send me to anyone else.

My sister, who can't drive due to a disability, tried to order a pizza from Domino's for delivery. She was told since she didn't have a cellphone, they couldn't make a delivery! Pizza delivery has been around longer then cellphones. Unfortunately discrimination against people with disabilities has been around along time too.

So I had to post because I believe in buyer beware. I hate ordering for delivery from her because it takes them to long to find my home. Even though I'm 10 minutes away. I hate ordering online cause their website glitches. But calling it in takes forever. So I tried doing it online the order was for 2 pepperoni pizzas I picked it up. My bad I should have checked it. But I trusted them . I got home and it was one burnt cheese pizza and 1 regular cheese pizza. I called to let them know . Didn't want freebies but maybe told I'm sorry how can we try and fix this for you. . But no I was told you ordered on line it's your fault and nothing we can do. Just bad on top of bad. People do not take any pride in their work. Whoever owns this franchise and the management needs to change things up and teach better customer service to their employees. Or your business will fail. I can truly say I will not be back. I will take my business elsewhere. And the cherry on the top was I tipped them in cash so sad
