We have been into our panda express only a handful of times since our move to lompoc. Each time we have been our orders are incorrect even have items missing. To this day I have not gotten any compensation for there mistakes. I finally had enough and had placed a complaint and brought my receipt in which they kept for a reorder later however never told me there was a time frame for the reorder so when I went back in a couple months later they told me it was to late and they would not replace my order. I went with the intent to reorder for dinner that night so paid for that order it was also incorrect they offered a replacement but only for the entrees no rice or noodles to go along with them. Needless to say this panda express will not be a place our family visits often if at all after this.

I placed an online order for pickup on Sunday March 24, 2024 and picked up at 5:35pm. I had been running errands all day and needed to use the restroom. Obviously I’m not going to take my food into the bathroom with me, so I went to the cashier and asked for the bathroom code. Mind you, I’m also handicapped currently and need a cane for assistance. She gave me the dirtiest look as if I didn’t belong there before giving me the code. After using the bathroom I went up to the pick up stand to find my order, the cashier zoomed around the corner and demanded my pick up confirmation number. So I showed her and she grinned at me with attitude. I am under the impression she thought I was homeless or someone trying to steal an order based on how I was treated because I asked to use the restroom first. I’ve worked in the food service industry for over 8 years and understand the concerns these employees have, especially with the location. However, you need to treat every guest as a paying customer before jumping to conclusions. This was utterly hurtful and I will not be returning to this location.*edit— I had 3 stars for the food rating due to past experiences, however, amongst opening my food in the car, I am extremely upset to see my food is dry and old. The teriyaki chicken was crunchy and charred, the broccoli was brown and there’s 5 dime sized pieces of beef, and the chowmein looks like rice that became crusty from sitting out. NEVER again

Picture says it all, 3/05/2024 around 9 to 9:30 I don’t recall getting a receipt, I looked in my car and inside the bag box and nothing but ok. This is what happend from my experience, everything was fine it’s just we had to wait for the beef and brocoli because they were out so it was freshly made, I was in my phone when they told me the order was ready so I did not get to see what they put in the beef and brocoli, I paid and I do not remember getting a receipt we get home we bring our kids down and some groceries and my daughter was already hungry so I tried to serve her asap and wen we opened the beef and brocoli I start digging and I’m like “wait what???” Confused and I tell my partner I think it’s only brocoli and he said “let me see”, we pored it in a plate and there’s only what you see in the picture………… it’s just upsetting honestly. I called. The response from the girl who answer is, “that’s how it’s supposed to be more brocoli than beef” I’m like “????” “But theres around 14 pieces of brocoli and only round 4 pieces of beef” the girl “said yes it is supposed to be more brocoli than beef” also “there not really much we can do since you did get your order correct and we did the beef and brocoli fresh for you” in my head I’m like ???¿¿¿I called for the manager which his name is Mario. Mario told me there’s should be for every 6 pieces of brocoli there has to be 4 pieces of beef. “Yes but there’s only around 4 or to 5 little pieces and I have around 14 pieces of brocoli” He told me that he could do the smallest portion to replace the beef missing that I wouldn’t be able to get a large side im just getting what I paid for.(which I never asked for nothing more) it’s just upsetting I would say unacceptable, but yes getting what I pay for is more than enough. Also he asked me for the receipt which he said it will be required and I said I didn’t have it I looked right and then in my car and the bag box and nothing. He said that they always give every costumer their receipt and that he was going to look at the cámaras. But well.. I didn’t have it and he asked me for a picture and well there it is but to make it clear there is no necessity for me to lie about something like this. The way this situation went it was totally bad bad.. and hopefully they take action about situations like this for the better.

Took 40 minutes in drive thru and the food was chewy,cold,dry and ruined my evening. It's so frustrating how small the meals were let alone how awful it was. Straight in the trash. Girl in drive thru needs to slow down some. 100 mph talking. Horrible food.

You can choose the most affordable and the healthiest lunch/dinner of any Fastfood chain at PANDA EXPRESS.:I take mostly Supergreens and teriyaki chicken, but the peper-chicken is also amazing. And you can always ask for some extra teriyaki and chilly sauce.BUT, if you want, you can choose the unhealthy versions too, like everything deep-fried. My guess is that they use better oils than most similar chains because my girlfriend likes the orange chicken, and my very good nose smells bad oil, which I never did here.AND the 2 Entres Takeout plate is enough for 2 peoples lunch (healthy portions!), which makes it 2 x $5.50 for a tasty meal.

The Cook had to make my honey walnut shrimp since they were out of it - it was wet, undercooked, milky, and disgusting. The rest of the food was bland and tasteless. 2 employees were joking around in the back. Music was blaring. No adult in sight. After eating I had a tummy ache for 2 days....I will never go back.

Late Late Late. My son ordered his food online and watched people come in after us only to sit then eat then leave. I went up to ask about it and with attitudes said it would be a few more minutes. Went back up after another family left that had stood in along line and ordered long after he did. I told them his food needed to be next since the chicken they were “waiting on had long been done”. What is inn appropriate is that it all cones with adolescent attitude instead of righting an obvious wrong. Very disappointing! First time we ate at this location and the last!

Ridiculous people working in this place. Childish and immature making a 13 sit and watch other people oder eat and leave while he was awaiting his mobile order. Discounted and tossed off without any concern for the situation or a way to fix the obvious wrong. Will not be going back to this location.
