I've only gone here a couple times and I don't really know what to expect service wise. Every other time I've been the staff has been nice and my stuff has been ready quick and every time in between it's been the exact opposite.

Ask for extra caramel on my vanilla bean with caramel drizzle that a lot of people order, and the lady put barely any caramel and she asked for a tip so I put no tip and then she didn’t even look at me when she was handing my drink or acknowledging me, and when I went back inside to to ask them to put more caramel which I paid for they said it doesn’t come with caramel so if somebody asked for an extra caramel drizzle, never once have I had a problem with this if somebody asked for extra caramel drizzle, that means means put more than you’re going to put originally

Trash service. They made our drinks with no coffee in them. Then refused to refund (or remake), after laughing in our face about it. Complete waste of time and money. Never again.

Absolute TRASH service. This is literally the number 1 worst coffee shop experience of a life time. Amazing lack of care in this store when not busy I payed extra for a 5 shot. Yes again 5, cappuccino and received something I was able to finish in less than 3 sips.I do not have time to go back and complain - LUCKY THEM but also come to find out even spending $40 and ordering THREE parfaits there is ZERO utensils to eat them with.Cannot give a low enough rating for this place it is a shameful operation. Shut this place down.

It's a Starbucks! I really don't care much for Starbucks, but I had to leave a review. The service at this location is top notch. People in the morning drive thru rush should see what's going on behind the counters. So many women working tirelessly at the speed of light! I walked in and got my drink + food order in literally under 40 seconds. It was incredible, and everyone is very kind. 5/5 stars for these people.

Starbucks is the same everywhere, as we know, so I won't mention the drinks (they were good as usual). But the staff here was very nice and the store itself was kept up well.

It seems that phone orders have taken over the service. Two drinks with only 3 people in line took almost 20 minutes. While about 15 phone orders get to pass everyone waiting already.
