I went to this store to pick up my mobile order - there’s a sign on the window at the drive thru that says, “Need serve ware? Just ask us.” I asked for 2 spoons and she told me they don’t even have any spoons and she wouldn’t be able to give me a spoon. I had two toddlers in my car & a slipped disk in my back and I had to get out of my car and go into the store - where they gave me spoons. ?Never had a problem at this location until this but I reported it to Starbucks because it’s rude and annoying to lie & make me come in when you clearly have spoons, as I have gotten them every single time other than this. Girl was just refusing to give me a spoon.

This is a great Starbucks location. But it does get insanely busy. I'm guessing this is due to there not being many coffee shops in Lompoc. It's a great place to work if you can get a table, which you usually can.

I watched the line build while nobody even acknowledged the customers, then I watched the supervisor Paula jump into a customer's conversation saying she was rude loud enough where everyone in the store could hear it..... Horrible customer service and professionalism is a negative. Sorry to the rest of the crew because they seemed like they were working hard
This branch is always in a rush, and it prevents the customers from having a good experience. I have ordered my drinks here multiple times, and for the most part, they never make it right.

Paula the supervisor was so rude, I watched her talk with friends instead of helping customers, then she jumped into a customers conversation raising her voice at the customer saying she was negative highly do not recommend Paula, everyone else was very pleasant.
