The person who made our food did absolutely amazing! His name is Jesus. Usually employees put to much mayo and when I open the wrap my sandwich is smushed but not this time. He was so nice and made my sandwich perfect. When I unwrapped it it was flat but not smushed. I surely think he's a Manger but if not definitely the material for one

The first thing I show up and no one is there to greet me, took a couple of minutes before someone finally came out from the back, one thing I noticed they have their headphone in their ear, and they seemed irritated to see me. When I ordered my sandwich I noticed they didn't add one of the meats, I didn't say anything since I thought maybe I missed it. When I left and opened the sandwich they didn't put one of the meats.

Ordered a Italian BMT when I got home it was just a ham sandwich. No pepperoni or salami just a lot of ham if you come here make sure to actually watch and be specific to what you want on your sandwich.

Online it states this place is open until 10pm. Flyers outside State they are open until 10pm. I got here at 8:50pm and the gentleman refused to serve me any food and stated "we decided to close early today". The hours of operation are there for a reason imo.

I was unable to use the Subway app in-store to use my $2 reward and to pay for my order. I must have scanned the app QR code at least 10 times and nothing came through. I had to pay with my card instead and I still have the $2 reward on the app still. Employee couldn't or wouldn't help me or ask for help. I don't know if it's the store itself or the app, but guessing by reading the reviews on here, it might be the store. Mind you, I've had problems with the Central Ave. one too (got the right meat with completely different toppings, out of rotisserie chicken on one of their premier sandwiches). Are Subways in Lompoc incompetent?

It's cool if you don't get a refund, especially when it's the customers fault for having a messed up order. What's not okay is sending me back and forth between DoorDash to try to refund my money for a missed delivery, and when DoorDash says it's up to the vendor to refund me because I ordered through the Subway app, to receive such rude service. The female employee who answered my call was very abrupt insisting that this Subway does not offer DoorDash delivery, shouting between herself and another female employee that it was my fault for missed delivery so I'm not to receive any "handouts" (I wasn't looking for any I just wanted a refund for the food I never received) and then when I asked to speak to the manager she insisted she was out and would return my call. I left a name and phone number with her and never received a call. I guess corporate Subway is cool with their staff belittling customers for their woops. If you enjoy Subway- this is not the location to go to (ESPECIALLY if Subway happened to be your pregnancy craving, you will cry over said abysmal service).

We visit subway regularly. We enjoy watching our sandwiches being made and enjoy making adjustments to the ingredients as needed.However Instead of making our sandwiches, the young man was writing down our orders. Writing down which vegetables and dressngs we would want. We asked why was he waisting time writing instead of making our sandwiches, he patiently apologized explaining "the inspector" ordered him to write down orders first. We told him that was stupid and pointless.After writing down our orders, we followed him thru the sandwich building process, changing and correcting the amounts and desires for our vegetables. There really was no point to writing down our order before making it as we followed him and adjusted to our needs. Meanwhile people are behind us in line waiting while he waisted time writing.The new process was stupid and pointless and time wasting. We will try Blaze pizza or Panda Express instead next time.

Worst service ever, down right rude. I went in there for a doordash order. They said they got busy and didnt start it which is fine, but then they continued to help customers coming in after I did without even starting my order. There was two of them so one could have helped the customers who came in after I was waiting 10 mins already while the other started my order. So furious never going back to that place they lost a customer this day

my last experience it was beyond pleasant & awesome tonight’s food experience was just horrible this employee think her name tag said Adriene had such the worse attitude for customer service my brother making his order he suffers from a speech problem bcuz he has had trauma from his life & he wants to work on his social anxiety like going & ordering food for example which why he wanted to go with me to practice his social anxiety like going to order food he had difficulty ordering the food bcuz of his speech issues & the employee working there Adriene went on to give major attitude & lack of understanding for his issue which I need to assist my brother by explaining that he has a speech issue and which she gave a suprised look that one of us had the guts to say something. Then she never asked if we needed any other order which I then proceeded to tell the employee Adriene. Not only did she not give very good but was more condescending attitude & customer service but she didn’t even make our order correct & she had mentioned out loud that she had cute her finger while slicing the avocado for the order & I was looking the entire time is she did not have any sort of blood bcuz she didn’t change her gloves or check on her cut which is even more unprofessional. My advice to this owner of the Subway is to check everyone & make sure they know how to be patient & polite & have great customer service. Have such a bad impression from this particular establishment. Because if one employee is setting this example it’s lack to attention to detail for further worse customer service experiences.

Don't go here rn! The lady making my sandwich was obviously sick (sounded nasally and coughing) and was partially covering her coughs. She coughed into her elbow but then coughed on the sandwich. She was wearing a mask but still. She then had to go to the back to have a cough attack. Seconds later she asked her co-worker to make the sandwich instead. I decided to leave. This is really nasty with COVID going around. I understand some mangers and places don't let employees take the day off cause they're are sick but nah. We're in a pandemic. Please, if you're sick please stay home.
