Food is good not great, pricey but so is everything now a days. Serving time is moderate to a bit long which in my opinion if you’re going to be a food truck with high prices I expect fast paced service especially if there’s isn’t a long line. This isn’t an outrageous ask as I’ve seen great Birria food trucks (Instagram famous and all that) pump out orders to hungry customers. Not a fan of being charged a tax even when paying cash; it’s a food truck so I don’t expect this and honestly it’s the first time I come across this. Just charge the extra change and reflect it on the menu.Overall if it was at my disposal I might buy food again.

I don't usually eat Burris tacos, but these were absolutely delicious. Price is a little much, but the service was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely return to this wonderful joint when I am visiting again! Thank you Burris Boyz!!! Was a wonderful experience. Beer was excellent, and so were the drinks!

I have been to several events where The Birria Boyz were on site serving food and finally decided to try them at Lagerville 2023 in Buellton. My husband and I split a giant quesadilla and it was delicious! The Birria sauce on the side was super tasty and they also had salsas available for customers to serve themselves. I loved the green one- super spicy and great flavor. This was such a great food option to go with an afternoon of beer tasting. They gave us a buzzer while we waited for our food, which was nice because we didn't have to stay right at the truck until our name was called. Definitely check them out if you can!

Best food truck on the central coast! Their food is beyond amazing and the staff is so great! We love the Birria Quesadilla...it is our go-to everytime. We have also tried the tacos and the strawberry fresca....both are amazing! We love seeing them at our community events, such as softball and baseball. Today they were at Orcutt Youth Softball and even though we didn't have games there, we drove down to get some amazing food and to support them. Make sure you put the salsa on the side...it has a fiery kick!!

My first experience with this food truck at the Los Olivos Day in the Country. It was totally delicious. Had the quesadilla , which was huge, and I ate the whole thing! Large serving of tender beef and cheese; everything cooked to perfection. Will be following them - I couldn't find a better meal. Add a beer and you're in foodie heaven.
