In this store, The employees are rude when it’s time for you to pay and for you to show a coupon they say we don’t take coupons at first they would say that they would only take the T-Mobile and the birthday and this last time that I went they were like oh we don’t take nothing at all if they’re not gonna take coupon, they should put a paper out there saying that they don’t take coupons at all and have better customer service because not even the manager was able to call me back to tell me about the incident that had happened in the store

Today, I went to see my doctor in Long Beach. The weather was very warm and I was so thirsty. I wanted to drinksomething cold & sweet.Then, I saw a Baskin-Robbins ice creamshop across the street from my doctor's office.I wanted to try their ice cream. I droveto the parking lot, and It was inside of the small mall. There were plenty of parking spaces.I walked inside of Baskin-Robbins andthe store was cleaned. I asked an employee if they have frozen yogurt.Then, he said that they didn't have it, but they had sugar-free ice cream.I chose the flavor of vanilla ice creamwith chocolate chips. Also, I orderedBerry smoothy.Sugar-free ice cream was amazing. Ittasted like regular ice cream. It wascreamy, and mouth watering taste. It melted in my mouth.I just loved it !. Also, Berry Smoothy was so refreshing and delighted.I loved Baskin-Robbins's sugar-free ice cream & Berry smoothy.They were perfect for the hot weather.I recommend the Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop because they make the best ice cream & the smoothy.Also, the employee was so friendlyand helpful too.

My kids love this place. They do samples of their ice cream and have a big variety.You do have to eat it there if you want it cold and in tact because their ice cream doesn’t stay solid for long. But it’s still good and worth it. Especially on a hot day.

On Monday I had witnessed the manager, Angela being rude to her employees when they were simply just helping me with my order. The labels were not on the correct ice cream which she should be focusing on instead of criticizing her employees. I also had to take my ice cream to go cause it was dirty inside couldn’t even find a clean table.

My first time purchasing BR as an adult. The last time I tried their ice cream was in the 90s with my grandmother. I appreciated the many options!!! The store was clean, music was fun, and the employees were friendly. This is a really tiny location, but there are a few tables to enjoy your ice cream inside. I tried their Beach day flavor, and it was amazing. My only complaint is that the consistency is more like a milk tea rather than a milk shake. I got a small and it was gone by the time I got to my car. Maybe it's preference, but I like my mom shakes thick. I wanna work for it. I could have drowned in there's it was so liquidity. If I go back, it'll be for a cone.

My grandpa & I came in today for an ice cream date, we enjoyed ourselves, we were taken care of with a smile and the person who served us was attentive & communicative, I felt happy to leave a tip. Grandpa was happy with his pistachio cone & I always love cookies & cream. The shop was clean, we had a nice time! See you again!

Buyer Beware!!!! It seems to me that the Owner of this store has withdrawn her offer to accept any form of discount, including the survey code given by their location on previous receipts. Certainly the fine print of the offer (End of Receipt Baskin Robbins Survey Redemption) does not contain language that obligates this location as a company of Baskin Robbins. However, the business Owner has directly chosen not to participate. As a business owner of this franchise, the Owner vision is narrow when it pertains to her focus on fixing the problem and meeting the needs of the customer. The owner of this location would just rather call the police. If you are not willing to honor coupons, discounts, or survey codes please inform the public, PUBLICALLY. By giving me as a consumer simple clarity BEFOREHAND that you as a business owner chooses not to accept any discounts, I can choose to support your business, or choose any other business BEFOREHAND. Raising customer expectations, only to attach non-negotiable terms and conditions, obliterates trust between businesses and consumers. When consumers have a choice, they'll simply leave. However, I was not given that choice because I simply wasn't informed. It is also common courtesy. Misleading a customer about a price with hidden "gotcha" clauses that you make up as the days go along is bad business. As a business Owner please be more sensitive to your customers, especially these days when the economy is tight and every dollar helps and it counts. Ice cream is NOT a mandatory lunch or dinner, it's a treat. Keep that in mind as well. Moreover, scammers target people from different communities in unique ways, and you seem to be just that. You choose to bend a few facts for an easy profit. $1-2 coming directly out of your profit isn't anything compared to the substantial amounts you charge for ice cream as a franchise owner, unlike others. FYI store owners who honor active discount codes are 8x more likely to make a sale. Corporate Baskin Robbins has used it as a business tactic per their app and receipt, to which you have debunked. All of the following helps to build brand awareness and loyalty. Also, it is a direct contribution of the community to which your company serves. However, on several occasions I can see why your establishment is blatantly EMPTY. I have patronized your businesses including your other location for MANY years, but as of today I will take my business elsewhere and I hope others do the same. Businesses that grow are focused on the customer. YOU ARE FOR SELF, and that alone will hurt you as a business owner.

If you're looking for some delicious ice cream, a huge juicy sundae look no further. Baskin Robbins on Atlantic hits the spot every time!! I come here often with my family and always have a great experience. They are speedy, very friendly, have a great selection, and delicious waffle cones, ice cream, and toppings!! The indoor eating area is currently closed due to COVID (Jan'22) but we sit in the car right outside and enjoy our dessert.

Super fast and nice service. I came in and was out fast. This includes the people in front of me whom were very slow. A second staff member notice I came in and serviced me fast. So glad they have to register and good staff.
