We were delighted to find this place while we waited for our car to charge. My husband and I have different tastes when it comes to coffee but we both found a drink we loved. We also loved the breakfast bowls! They were delicious! Definitely would come back!

We ordered 2 vanilla oat lattes, avocado toast. Everything was delicious. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The environment was a bit all over the place maybe due to being Sunday. Will deff comeback, however parking was a mission.

The Hot Spicy Honey Oat Milk Latte is delicious and perfect for a bit of a sore throat and feeling a little sluggish. Definitely spicy, yum! ?️

I ordered the drip coffee on the menu. Told it was not offered, an Americano was similiar. I asked for the $3.25 price, a dollar less and was told I ordered a different product! As if I had a choice! I did I WALKED. This is a violation of Weights and Measures. Yes agree pretentious and not customer focused. BYBY Blkdot

They do NOT offer coffee! Only espresso. They do not offer a small. Only a medium and large? But they do have smaller cups...this place is way too pretentious for real coffee lovers. On the other hand I don't get Starbucks popularity either.

The service here has been mixed for me. I have had staff that have openly greeted me and others who appeared to be inconvenienced at my arrival. The price point on the food is REALLY high (e.i. $11+ for a bagel sandwich) but the drinks are around the expected inflated price. I think the one thing that rubbed me through wrong way about this place was the way they handled a situation where I arrived with my dog. No signage indicates that dogs aren't allowed and there have been times where he was welcome and other times where the staff was very rude about it. Overall, it's just another overpriced coffee shop and know it's (not usually) dog-friendly.

Spanish Latte with oatmilk is Thank you to the barista's recommendation! No place to sit inside and they don't take cash (as many places these days) - can't wait to go back!

This place was just okay. They have a clean aesthetic and good customer service. I ordered a bacon egg breakfast sandwich. It looked nothing like the other photos on Yelp not to mention it was over cooked. Bagel was hard from being over toasted, and eggs also overcooked. I ordered a sea salt foam cold brew and a caramel macchiato that didn't impress me much.

Stopped by here for a lunch break nearby and got a black VTM with some added coffee jelly. The rich, bold flavor of the coffee and the added milk was wonderful, and the addition of coffee jelly added a delightful twist. The jelly, a welcome departure from traditional coffee accompaniments, offered a unique textural experience that elevated the overall enjoyment of the beverage with a little bit of a bitter coffee hint to it.The place is very small but the drinks were made pretty efficiently, the staff were super nice since it was my first time and the menu was a bit overwhelming!

No one answers when you call customer service. Order was messed up several times (delivery). Not sure if it’s worth the hype, I’d have to actually receive my order have an opinion.

Meh. You want real vietnamese coffee? Just go to your typical Mr. Lees sandwiches, and feel the wrath (in a good way). The Vietnamese coffee here seems a bit too sweet. Not too my liking. I don't know if it's the layout of the store, but the line seems to be a bit disorganized. I've been here several times, and people seem to not know where the line begins.

With so many coffee shops in the nearby area, I won't return here solely based on customer service. The man working the register seemed annoyed and/or impatient when we needed a few minutes to look over the menu then continued talking with his coworker when we were ready to order. Hoping management can retrain staff on customer service because I have since visited other Blk Dot locations and all of those had great service.
