Very limited sushi selection. No yellowtail! This is a vegan restaurant that has imitation sushi that falls very short of the real thing. If you want actual sushi avoid this place!

I ordered takeout at Blue Bird Haus on a Friday evening. I ordered online and received quick confirmation and my order was ready fairly quickly as well. It's surprisingly difficult to find sushi places that serve vegan rolls other than avocado/cucumber rolls. Blue Bird Haus has a wonderful selection of vegan rolls, ramen, and appetizers, and more. I ordered the V-Alaskan roll and veggie egg rolls. It was so delicious and filling. FYI it does come with pickled ginger and wasabi and the V-Alaskan is 8 rolls. While delicious, it is pretty expensive but that's to be expected as plant-based alternatives are usually pricey. Either way, this place is delicious and I definitely recommend it.Vegetarian options: There is a vegan section of the menu available online and in the restaurant.

Ok food was great. We ordered for a pick up. The place is tiny and a little funky but we took our food home and it was delicious. Would totally order again.

The service was top notch and the food was divine. I ordered way too much food yet somehow ate it all. The Tonkotus ramen bowl was so good that I drank every last drop of the bowl, and the sushi rolls are dynamite! The staff is extremely friendly and on top of things. I'll be going back for sure.

Everything was amazing. We had salmon hand rolls, poke salad and Thai boba tea. Everything tastes amazing, size was slightly bigger than in other poke/sushi places.

My second time to the place for the vegan Sushi ? . Had the dragon ? roll , tofu skins w seaweed, miso soup ?, veggie tempura, and my wife and I loved it all. Sat outside this time and enjoyed that thoroughly.Vegetarian options: A whole separate menu for lots of amazing vegan options . The edemame is a simple hit to very complex and delicious entrées
