I ordered as soon as i sat down since i knew what i wanted. Clam chowder and ice tea. Simple order but it took a very long time to get. When i asked for refill on drink i had to flag down 3 different people and never got so i went to hostess stand (since it was behind me) they said they would get. I finally get and said i would like my bill that went about as well as the refill. I finally had to get up again and go to hostess stand. Then waited and waited. This place wasnt the busy and i was dining alone and lets be honest this was the easiest order you could get. I may have been dining alone but deserved to be treated like any othet customer. Others were not having the same issue. Since i did not get service and had to practically beg for help i had no reason to leave tip. Tip means to insure prompt service and that didnt come close. I get times are tough getting employees and i am ok waiting this was so bad i felt i had been take hostage

Beautiful setting, pretty cool staff and food very tasty. I had the lobster pasta, and I must say, it was the best I had ever had. Extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection. Large servings as well. Specialty alcoholic drinks were also very good.

The food is horribly over priced, and as you would expect the portions are small. However, the service is always friendly, respectful, and stellar and this particular building has always made for tremendous atmosphere. If cost doesn't matter this place is fine. If every penny counts ... there are more preferable options out there for you. This place is for impressing your significant other with the location and view. This is not an 'intimate' retardant. Very open, and brightly lit.

Food was good. Our lobster Benedict came out cold. Loco moco was delicious. Sushi was absolutely a must try. I called and made this reservation about a week and a half ago and asked for a very nice table for my wife and I. We got a fantastic view of the public bathrooms if you were to sit on the other side of the table your would just get sunburnt food took a little long about and hour and half. We order a mango mocktail that she didn’t like lucky I did we also order a watermelon margarita that I didn’t like neither did my wife then we got a Bloody Mary that my wife loved. Overall I wanted to feel special and taken care of and I didn’t get that our server came by only a few times. I think I let the overhype of the instagram capture me and I’m just disappointed.

We went 2 days in a row...Food is excellent...we had Keeler Steak with eggs, roasted potatoes, sourdough toast, seafood Omelette with lobster, crab & shrimp, another great cup of coffee (they support coffee company in Long Beach) and the Marina mimosa is great! Our server, Justine, is fabulous, wonderful personality, attentive, knowledgeable, just overall fabulous. The ambiance is outstanding with views of the the Long Beach Marina bay. Entertainment with your breakfast...singer the first day and next day steel drum player & singer. Free parking tops it all. Will continue to go back!!!

We came for my wife's birthday for the first time and upon seeing the food, it was a big disappointment and very mid. The plating seemed so bland and something I can make at my house, especially the French toast was depressing too. The pricing of the plates were mid price which is not worth paying that much for food that comes out as if an amateur chef would make with little time. 8/10 Service; Our server was great! We had complaints/ questions about the food and our waiter helped us without hesitation and with great customer service. However, we picked the patio area hoping to be seated closer to the bay and look at the pretty scenery just like in their social media portrayed it. That is not what we got, instead we were seated next to the performer having hard time hearing each other and we asked to be seated closer to the bay, but they did not let us. Also the other employees/ food runners seemed out of it. When we asked for water, utensils, condiments and etc. from them when our waiter was gone, yet they did not gave us what we asked for and we had to find another person to get us what we needed. 4/10 Ambiance; The scenery of the bay was the only thing we enjoyed from there. The people they bring to that place were giving off rude and old people vibes. Yes I said that right- other customers kept bumping into my wife's chair dropping her purse, not saying sorry, and going along with their day. I did not want to cause a scene since it was wife's birthday and of course it was more than just that. Don't get me started with the live music, it may be great for night outs, but hearing it in the morning- it's pretty annoying and hard to talk over. Overall, 2/5 star rating for this place. We only went during morning service so we do not know how lunch/dinner service is performed. The hype over this place caught us offguard, not giving us the experience they showed on their social media. We are not coming back to this place for breakfast that's for sure.
