On Saturday March 30,2024 At Approximately 5:00pm I Was Disgusted How I Was Treated By The Gentlemen With The Dreads In His Hair And Tattoo On His Wrist He Was Very Rude And Acted As If He Didnt Want To Serve Me And My Family He Was Almost Throwing Our Food In Our Bowl & Burrito And Was Very Rude When We Asked For More I Dont Like Spending Our Hard Earned Money On Places With Rude Staff I Will Be Calling Corporate .

I’ve been maybe 6 times: once they had run out of chicken, once they had run out of guac, and another time they closed early. I dont try to go at closing time, at least an hour before closing.

There was no line and my husband and I still had to wait to be served. There were two people working and no one greeted us or looked up at us. One guy was cooking so I understood, but Helena the staff member was slowly wiping the counter with a dirty rag. She was so slow and never looked up. After some time I asked her if someone would help us and she replied very rudely that she would get to us after she wiped down the whole counter. She was only the third of the way down... once again so slow. We asked for the supervisor, Aaron, who didn't seem concerned by the lack of service and that they were losing our business. As a local resident, it's sad to know that this business doesn't care about the customers. If you're going on Sundays at 5:30pm-ish (I went on 10/29/23)... watch out for a long wait even if there's no other customers waiting. Better to go to Wahoo's across the street.

Visited 11/4 at 5pm and it was just awful! Neither of the two employees working the line could properly wrap a burrito (with nothing crazy or extra added). They managed to obliterate two orders. It was painful watching this guy mash and slide my burrito all over the counter and his solution was to triple foil the entire thing while it was still a mess inside. I'm now left with a giant glorified taco and neither employee cared to apologize or show any effort to correct the situation. All you get at this location (consistently) are blank stares and "ANYTHING ELSE" barked at you. Take the extra 5-10 minutes for a different location.

I went to this chipotle on halloween during an absolute surge. They were offering a discount on all entrees and the entire city of long beach showed up to take advantage. My thoughts were that the workers would obviously be under immense stress, but to my surprise, the worker at the cash register treated me with absolute kindness and made my experience here very delightful. I will be back!!!

I just paid $14 for the least amount of food than I have ever received at Chipotle. The new person worked very hard to knock off enough of each item from the scoop/spoon/tongs in fear of adding one bean too many or one strand of meat too much. The salsa scoop was full of juice and and minimal to no added material but since it was full, she proceeded to pour the juice over my bowl. The spoon of guacamole was banged multiple times to make sure the guacamole was level or less than level. I was in such shock of what I had just witnessed, when asked "if I would like anything else?" Just smiled and and no thank you. I paid my $14+ and even though I know it was absolutely just because of the newbie, I will not be back for another year. To be clear, everyone was nice. The newbie had no one watching or observing her performance. Update: my wife took two bites, move the food around and sincerely asked me if I got a veggie bowl. I laughed then told her the story. I remember my first day of my first job. Let me say, minimum wage was $1.60 back then, not $17 as their sign stated for new employees.

My wife and I had an unpleasant experience at Chipotle on the evening of Thursday, September 14, 2023. I'd like to share our encounter. While ordering a salad bowl, my wife observed that the lettuce in the silver pan was nearly depleted and what remained appeared wilted and lacking color. Realizing that the server intended to serve this subpar lettuce, she kindly requested fresh lettuce. To our surprise, the teenage server promptly responded with, "We don't have any more." My wife inquired, "No more lettuce, really?" (this was very early in the evening). Just then, a second server placed a new silver pan filled with fresh lettuce on the counter in front of the server. After adding the fresh letter to my wife's order, the server proceeded to dump the remnants of the wilted lettuce right on top of the fresh batch. This left us astonished.As my wife continued down the line to add more ingredients to her order, after each addition, the server, in a impolite manner that only a teenager could muster, rolled her eyes and sarcastically remarked, "Is that satisfactory for you?" Once again, we were taken aback. At this point, we were so disappointed in this poor service, that we asked to speak to the manager. The server's reply? "We don't have one." It's difficult to comprehend how a business can thrive with such poor service and discourteous employees. We've decided to steer clear of this particular Chipotle location, and we recommend that you do the same. Such rudeness should not be rewarded with our patronage.
