0 STARS !!If you’re from out of town DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! As a LB resident this is the absolute worst Coldstone in LB. Go to the Coldstone on Atlantic . This store is horrible and has the worst customer service in LB. The employees are rude when asking for a name , one said his name was Nunya and hung up . They did not have any ingredients for our order . Said they canceled the order and did not . Said we’d have a manager contact us in 24 hrs they have not . They do not care about your order or how they treat customers .

If I could give 0 stars I would because the service was HORRENDOUS!!!! This little boy named OLIVER, short and brown, had the worst attitude. I walk in expecting amazing service and got the opposite. I ask for a sample and he’s already yelling out “are you ready to order or what” And we were confused as in why he was giving us attitude so we continue and he makes our first order and adds way too much toppings there was hardly any ice cream and so we tell him if he can just add a scoop and charge and instead he sighed and threw the whole thing away. As I was telling him oh no you didn’t have to do that. I DIDNT EVEN FINISH MY SENTENCE AND HE WALKS AWAY like a little sassy boy. And as he was ringing us up he slams the register so hard. Did not appreciate and both our ice creams weren’t mixed enough and weren’t good AT ALL…. We spent $10 each and ended up throwing them away because they weren’t enjoyable. The little boys name is OLIVER wouldn’t recommend….

On our route to LAX, we thought, why not spice up the journey with a bit of ice cream before we head back to Texas. Kelly serviced us. She was super friendly and offered us top-tier service that I still can't stop raving about. Much better than what we experienced at DISNEYLAND!!! It being our first time there, Kelly was patient enough to walk us through the whole process and boy, was it an experience! She even took time to help our little ones who were having quite the hard time deciding what flavors they wanted. Kelly must've explained each flavor at least twice - talk about patience! Now, I can't help but feel astounded by Kelly's exceptional service. The portion was also a very generous amount!!! What a superstar!

I forgot the exact thing I ordered but I believe it was strawberry cheesecake & caramel apple. The employee pictured paired the caramel apple with a chocolate bar and it worked, but the ice cream itself is a bit sweet (not the chocolate bar it was paired with). The strawberry cheesecake is on the other hand is perfect. Shoutout to the employee that helped me and also made my order. He's very upbeat & friendly.

Quick treat, great service. This store had folks lining up. The one young man that was working was moving. He was giving great service, answering questions, handling customer traffic AND still smiling. Shout out to you, young man. I hope you know you are special. I had never been to a Cold Stone Creamery until today. I will visit again.

Normally I'd get the strawberry cheesecake but I wanted to try the strawberry cake batter. (It was delicious btw) They have plenty of options to choose from. I believe you can add candy to it as well. It's a little bit expensive but the ice cream was good
