SCAMMERS! Beware of this location. They'll steal your money. You won't get any delivery. When I called 1.5 hours later to check on where my food was, they just say "delivered " even though no pizza was ever delivered. Then, they'll place your number in their system and keep hanging up on you automatically. You can never get through. Then, when you call from a different number, they'll pick up, the guy will say "let me call the driver" then hang up on you. Then he'll place that new number in their system and you'll never get through. I've never seen a business so evil with such corrupt people. This is a major fast food chain and yet they hire felons at this locations. Stay away from this location. I called my bank to dispute charges. I'm going to keep a close eye on this place. I'll also be filing complaints with the California Attorney General Office, BBB, FTC, and any other major agencies to force change at this location. You might get away with this with many people, but not anymore.

Placed an order 32 min before they close at 1am, one of the workers called me saying their oven are off for the night because they have to clean them I worked in pizza services before we have to take every order to close. What the difference if the oven was dirty already they made food all day why make an excuse that they haven't been cleaned in weeks ?

If I could leave a 0 I would . I’m had two pizzas ordered to my home. One of the pizzas that were delivered not only had the wrong toppings , but the pizza included mushrooms which my partner is allergic to. When I called the store THE SO CALLED ASSISTANT MANAGER BENJAMIN. Said that he would only give me store credit . I explained to him that I would like a refund for the particular pizza due to us not being able to eat it at all . He was disrespectful , responded very distasteful, and as well hung up on me . Let’s not forget he said that even if she was allergic I would have to call the store to let them know because they use THE SAME KNIFE ON ALL OF THE PIZZAS. Basically saying they don’t clean the knife… I am appalled and very disgusted by this , and I hope this location works on their customers service .
This place had the audacity to cancel the order when they clearly said it was 2min. Away luckly the defunded my sons money. Poor management and crew, they should of never taken the order if they were going to do this .

You will waste your time and money ordering from this location. My pizza was made incorrectly. I called back in hopes of getting it re made and delivered again. I was offered the option to get it remade or credited it back. I chose to get it remade for the guy I was speaking to, to tell me that it's going to take more than an hour. I chose to be credited, the guy said "okay" and hung up. I had to call back to ask how I was going to be credited and got hung up on again. I've never experienced such horrible like this. I called today to use my credit (3 days later) I got told my credit is not showing up under my number. I got put on hold to get this resolve. 20 mins later, still on hold and I gave up. Very disappointing. Stick to Pizza Hut or any other pizza service but this.

Well after 5 years of purchasing the chicken Alfredo pasta, today I learned that Domino's reduced the quantity to half ☹️this used to be the favorite food for my wife and kid, now they are not satisfied with the quantity that is served. Well as my friend from hotel management says, it's always the quantity and quality which attracts customers not cost cutting ?

I love me some Dominos pizza, it's just this location has the worst costumer service I have ever seen. This particular night the usual guy who is the actual worst was not there but I generally hate coming here they are just so dam close to my place and I really like domino for pizza night with the fam so we do come her often. I just always dread interacting with the staff.
