First of all, to the owner of this Domino’s Pizza store #4227. Understand that there were multiple bad and or unprofessional incidents before this one but a change has to be made. I placed an order online in which I was informed by email would take 31-41 minutes. After well over an hour I called to check on the order and I was put on hold mid sentence, after which the manager got on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. 19 minutes later the pizza arrives and the delivery guy rings the doorbell and literally tosses the pizza on the porch. I not only heard the pizza slam to the ground but I saw him do it because I was sitting at the window waiting on the delivery since it had taken so long. The pizza was cold and scrambled looking so I took it back to the store which completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for delivery. The whole incident was a huge inconvenience!

My husband order pizza at 8:27pm we did not receive the under 10pm when the pizza came the driver knocked on the door dropped our pizza on a porch and walked off ,this is not even the worst part we go into Domino's to try to get the issue resolved and the manager blames us for the pizza being thrown on the porch the pizza was COLD AND DESTROYED it wasn't even together... My husband mentioned how this was and inconvenience to have to come down here to bring the pizza back after we've waited almost two hours for the pizza and the manager was said "that he didn't ask us to bring the pizza back" this establishment is so unprofessional

I've had the best pizzas delivered by Domino's as of late! All requests fulfilled and pizza is delicious. Desert is the only other choice that I can recommend..but great pizza..
Online system is down. I tried calling me order in. Not only does Dominos NOT honor online coupons in store but the person who answered the phone was rude. I'll find somewhere else to get

Last night I ordered some pizzas and they messed up on one of my pizzas they missed one of the toppings and I wasn't satisfied with my order. I tried to call back but then the manager said I didn't order in this location when I actually did and called this location. The manger was rude and didn't helped me out. Horrible service wouldn't want to order here again. Never again, only the driver was nice!!

this is the nastiest dominos.i ordered a pizza online and after some time i went inside to pick it up. none of the 3 employees in this place even acknowledged me as i waited in the lobby even though they saw me enter.after about 8 minutes of just staring at them i finally spoke up and told them i was picking up an order. they gave me my mid pizza that was ready for me. this was the first time i ever got food poisoning i felt awful for days. horrible food and awful employees at this location

Ordered online using a promo code, they accepted said promo code, gave me progress updates of how close my pizza was to being ready, and then upon driving all the way there they said they hadn't even started it and they weren't doing the emergency pizzas anymore. Dont accept the promo code to begin with instead of wasting peoples time? We were not the only people being denied after ordering btw.

One hour wait time and I still try to be nice and leave a good tip ahead of time, only for my order to arrive 30 minutes late. I had to walk to the front of the apartment because the driver didn't bother to walk in to my door. Thanks

Ordered pizza with a promotion. Waited more than 40 minutes and finally asked them for my pizza and they told me that the promotion was a mistake and never made my pizza even though my order was processed and paid.

Order here all the time and when the ladies are there, everything was right. Tonight, was different. It was a horrible experience, if he (manager) doesn't know how to run a business, DONT! Instead of apologizing to us for NOT having our food. He insist on finding a reason why it was our fault. How was this our fault?! When we came and you didn't have the order?!! Now he wants to ask for the card we placed it with for the future..For what?!! I'm talking about tonight! Not the future! Where is the food?!! If his staff has better customer service than him, he needs to let them run it. Kudos to the staff being polite and helpful, but the older gentleman with glasses and accent needs to get some training.

I had a night in with my pal Merwan, a real pizza connoisseur, and we decided to give Domino's a shot. I know what you're thinking. "Jersey boy eating Domino's? Scandalous!" But hear me out. You see, it was Merwan who convinced me. We got ourselves a couple of pies, and darn it, I was shocked. It was affordable - a real relief to my wallet after some forty-dollar artisan disasters I've run into. The crust? Just the right kind of crispy. Tomato sauce? Tangy and flavorful, not like that other joint where you couldn't taste the sauce for love or money. Now, I ain't saying it's the Sistine Chapel of pizzas or nothing, but Domino's got something right here. Merwan, the balding skeptic, couldn't believe it either. The quality, taste, everything was much better than we anticipated. It wasn't Jersey style, but it was good in its own way. Ain't gonna lie, we both ended up eating more slices than we should have. So here's the deal: next time you're craving a pizza but don't wanna break the bank, give Domino's a shot. You might be pleasantly surprised. And hey, tell 'em Merwan sent you.
