I could never find a place to sit because the students from the school take over all the tables. There is 1 person at each table for 4.I have tried several times and walked out and gone to mcdonald's.

I ordered a matcha latte and for some reason recently the matcha latte has just been milk with no matcha, and their donut holes sometimes have mold in them. Sometimes the workers can be lazy or maybe this Dunkin is on a shortage of matcha.

The worst place me and my boyfriend have been too, worst experience ever. No good customer service at all. Not friendly, not polite at all. Very snobby ppl working there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I tries so many times to like this location. I really did. Mainly because its up the street from my house.Good lord the service is terrible. So freakin slow. I do mobile order ahead of time so I can just grab it and go... but no. One regular iced coffee and a wake up wrap takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. No but seriously, 30 mins for 2 items..? And not even peak busy times. It's so sad. And it's consistently bad. the employees are very nice but my goodness service is just a snail's pace. Never again.

Rude Rude I use to love coming here cuz customer service was amazing. Now they have new young people who r sooooo rude don't even greet u and have a horrible attitude!!!!! Makes me just want to stop coming here now smh !! Dunkin does not care about there customer service anymore.

I stopped by today and I wanted to get the deal One Drink and get a donut free. Wednesdays.I ordered a venti coffee and of course,I got the donut.I paid. Then after 4 minutes waiting,I asked: where is my coffee? Is a regular coffee it should not take long.Lady at cashier said: “ Oh, should be out soon?I— How soon?Lady— Ah, oh, ah, we’re brewing it now ??..I— wait, what? Ironically, is a coffee place and you don’t have Coffee?I requested a refund and I left the donut too. That’s awful Service. This is the second time it happened to me in one month.All workers seem like Crystal Gen Z.

Maybe the staff is better in the morning but come around 11am / afternoon! They arent very considerate especially Gabriel. Heres the thing if you make a drink wrong. You make it wrong. Take accountability. As someone who was a manager at a coffee shop. You redo the latte! The latte tastes disgusting & he has the most nonchalant attitude. If you dont want to work here then leave & keep the attitude. Especially when you were approached nicely & couldnt look me in the eye. I know they are young but dunkin do better!

This is a solid location. The drive through can back up at times, I wish more people would use the app to speed it along. Otherwise it's excellent.

Waited 15 mins for an iced coffee while the employees laughed behind the counter! One girl was new or just didn't know what she was doing, and the manager didn't show any sense of urgency. Don't come if you're short on time!
