Just had a delicious ground beef taco with a cheese enchilada, rice, and beans. This joint was busy at 12:30 so one of the cooks came out to help the waitress and he took my order. It's a small Mexican restaurant with about 6 indoor tables and 4-5 outdoor tables. Nice background music. They also have very good carne asada burritos (no rice). I think you'll like the food.

I love the food but the take out system is the worst! We stopped patronizing because they don't answer the phone so we show up in person to order and wait forever. All while hearing them answer the phone, but not when I called. So disappointing.

This is review from visit on Oct 15 for dinner. Checked out Yelp reviews first and decided to give it a try. Ordered combination plates, beef tamale with chicken enchilada which came with beans but no rice which I hadn't noticed. Hubby got two cheese enchiladas and a hard shell beef taco. I had asked if they had chimichangas because I had seen a review with a picture. The quite young dark haired male helping us said, no. I mentioned that I thought I'd seen a pic on a review, to which he just shrugged his shoulders. What he told me when I noticed the "chimigrillers" on the menu after he had taken our order and walked away, was those were "very small chimichangas and you only got four of them". He was bagging to-go orders and hadn't paid attention to the fact that I was trying to get his attention, so I got up and walked over to him. . Why didn't he say this when I had asked about chimichangas the first time? After he said there were only four of them, he moved away from me to continue bagging orders. To me, this was a very dismissive move and signaled that he was done....talking to me. The meals we had were almost swimming in fat. My husband's shredded beef taco had dried out, greasy beef and when he picked it up, there was a pool of fat. Neither of us finished the meals. We bagged them to-go because we have a neighbor that loves leftovers no matter what. We asked our male server for to-go boxes which he got. Now, if you were a server, wouldn't you think to yourself, I should get the check because it is appearing they are done. Well, apparently not to him. I mean, isn't that common sense? Especially when you are in a service industry where part of your income is contingent on the service you provide, which includes a smile, greeting, hello and thank you for coming. If you had a bad day, suck it up dude. When u go to work, sometimes you just gotta fake it and smile and be in a pleasant mood because it's what people expect when they go out and spend their hard-earned bucks to eat out. Our server never came back to bring the bill....even though he was visible and in the area. The nice, pleasant female server brought it to us after inquiring if we were ready for the bill. Due to the lack of customer service and the meals being too greasy, I doubt we'll be back. My feedback is given in the hope that the server will be willing to consider making some changes in the future since he should realize now that he can be partly the reason for customers not coming back.

The food was fine, service was "eh". The burrito was good, the tacos were ok. The service ok. Hit us to take order. Brought drinks. Disappeared til the order came to the table. Came back to ask if everything was OK way past 'Get them some soda' time.

This is our favorite local place. Great tacos and burritos. Their salsa is out of this world!

Ordered a 3 foot burrito for a party and it was delicious! The staff was kind, on time and helped me carry my order to the car. Great service!
