I've been to this location several times, and it's not bad. I ordered an Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese this morning that was a bit disappointing. The (stick) bagel appeared to have only sesame & poppy seeds on it, I didn't see or taste any onion/garlic/salt, and the thin smear of cream cheese was a bit disappointing too, especially since the cream cream cheese was much more than the bagel (as expected). I'll have to try it again another time.I also had a boxed lunch from here recently, which is pretty good. I tried the chicken salad sandwich for the first time. I didn't care for the flavor. There were large chunks of water chestnuts (I think) that overpowered the chicken. I removed several of them after a couple of bites because there were just too many. (I forgot to take photos.) Overall, Grounds is a good spot to get breakfast items or lunch.

Recently bought a loaf of French sandwich bread (online order/pickup) and it was not good. Misshapen and tasted undercooked. Used to really like this place but not sure what's happening with quality lately.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s my favorite sandwich shop! Their scones sell out so fast, but they’re amazing!

Fresh food in a cafeteria type setting. Sandwiches, soup, salads, and more. The food is good. Excellent casual breakfast or lunch spot.

The bagels are the best I’ve ever had. My kids love them too. This is our go-to place whenever we want a good sandwich or bagel.

I’ve been coming to grounds for many years. Lately, when ordering sandwiches I’ve notice they have not been as good as they have been in the past. Today I ordered a tuna melt. It was like they toasted the bread then put the cheese and tuna on the bread after it was toasted. The tuna was cold and the cheese was not melted. Other sandwiches I’ve had in the past were either dry or just plain bland. Also, their soups tend to be very watery with mostly broth. I do still enjoy their coffee’s and baked goods.

Everything tasted very mediocre and kind of artificial. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but maybe it’s powdered eggs in the breakfast sandwiches. At least it’s pretty roomy, lots of tables and booths to sit at. I just have no need or desire to go back unless I happen to be nearby for lunch I might try it. The breakfast was not it though.
