So yummy! I hadn’t gone in a while but everything was delicious. I forgot to ask for the yogurt I paid for :( and realized it when I got home, but other than that- everything else I purchased was delicious. The ruby rose was a great drink.

I’ve been coming here for years andI love all the food and drinks here but one thing I disliked was the attitude of the girls up in the front. Very unprofessional and give out bad vibes. It’s very uncomfortable to walk into an environment like this, and they have to remember that they have a job because of us customers that go there.San Pedro, Ca location

Small little cafe but the cafe con leche, roasted beet salad, and cardamom cake were all very delicious.

In this cafeteria you will always find people with a very good attitude, plus their sandwiches are one of my favorites, they have tables so you can eat there, or if you want to order it to go, you can call by phone to order it as soon as you arrive at the destination if the weather permits. You have it figured out... I hope this comment has helped you.

I purchased several drinks. I wouldn’t return. I don’t think it’s worth it.

Nicely quaint tea house where I simply tried the "I'm feeling healthy" hot tea and mango coconut macaroon. The tea was notably healthy--which I greatly appreciated--but was still delicious with the right amount of sweetness. The macaroons had a great balance of sweetness and true flavor to its name (wish I could say the same of the earl grey macaroon). The service was polite and very quick to get the order out. A noteworthy tea house if you're interested in hot healthy drinks.

If you haven't been to Hojas in Long Beach, please don't because I don't want this little gem to get too crowded. Of course, I you like amazing and interesting teas, then I guess you'll have to give it a try. On my wish list for this location would be that they have their menu a little more easily accessible because at the moment there's a small menu card up front by the register but if you're a first timer (like I was) or if you want to explore the menu while you wait in line, it's a little hard to see. (I did notice there were some TV screens above the register, but we're not in service, so maybe there working on putting the menus up there?) I'm looking forward to trying out one of their sandwiches, which sounded really yummy. Important note: They are closed Sundays so for a weekend coffee outing, try it on Saturdays! The place is on the smaller side, maybe about 3 tables, and one on the outside but it was raining the day I was there so it was a little cramped with people waiting for their orders. As for my order itself, I had the Quiet Primrose and my co-worker had the Crema con Miel (both teas) and they were both SOOOOOOO good!

We were the only people in the shop, the barista acknowledged and knew we were there first, decided to serve the guy who barged in and cut us in

I only tried the hot tea and had the crema con Miel. It was very good, but they sweetened it a little too much. I was also a little disappointed that the tea was not loose leaf and they did not time the steeping time. I suppose for a $6 hot tea I expected a little more.
