Stingy with the sauce on my crispy taco's. The meat isn't the best quantity so did mention it to the cooks. Cash grab when you have to order on the side. You do understand I could make my own with grocery stores selling sauces of their own. Why do you always hire Emo cashier's ?

Food was pretty good but the place hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. So, so dirty. The two girls at the cash registerer just stood there as people left and never even thought about wiping the tables down. Tables, salsa bar, floors and walls were disgusting. I wonder what the kitchen looked like?

I placed an order at 5:40 pm today, and they said it would take 20 minutes. At 6:15, 35 minutes after the order was placed the cashier told me someone took my order. She said they will start to make it. I’m leaving now at 6:35 pm, 55 minutes later with my order. I saw at least 15 orders come out while waiting for mine that I paid for almost a hour ago.

This place used to be good. Haven't been here in years and I won't be going back again now. No spice or seasoning, bland as hell. Salsa was below mild. My husband went in and said it looked like a retirement home. That should tell you how non spicy and unflavored the food was. They also gave us 8 instead of the 10 tacos we ordered. Which I didn't mind because it was so bad I couldn't stomach more than one. If you're under 60, don't bother coming here. Also the guacamole was nasty. I regret spending money at this place. Husband said chips were fine. Worst Taco Tuesday ever.

After moving away from 562, you realize what's important. Every chance I get to come back to LBC, I make a special trip to Hole Mole, whether it's Taco Tuesday or not. These guys got it down.

Awesome ensenada fish tacos, but they are on the dry side because they are frugal with the white sauce. If you ask extra white sauce on the tacos, they charge $0.79/per taco (and i saw no difference in the amount in each taco, but live and learn). If you want extra white sauce on the side, they charge $2.50 (a 3oz plastic container of it. which is better than the aforementioned scam). So, i learned to make it at home. So, for those who have had the same problems...here is the recipe.WHITE SAUCE: it is mayo, sour cream, lime. 3:3:1 ratio.
Horrible. Before it became a chain they had excellent customer service. And now I hear is “they don’t do that” “the chefs said no they can’t do that” just lazy! And the food makes everyone I know stomach hurt.

Went there for the first time in awhile. Ordered a carne asada burrito. Literally, 85% rice, 13% beans, onions and cilantro, 2% carne asada. I'm not exaggerating at all. Are you kidding me? I opened it up about five bites into it and saw almost all rice and a couple pieces of meat. Not to mention it tasted very bland with no flavor and the tortilla was falling apart all over the place. I decided not to even finish it. What a rip-off. Thanks for robbing me of $11. This place is dirty also and run down. I wouldn't go to any Hole Mole anywhere.
