I was craving a chicken fajita yesterday. It was the worst one I ever had. Usually they are full of chicken, cheese, onions, etc. This was dry with a ton of lettuce and a little chicken. I had just worked a 12 hour shift and was starving. After a couple bites I ended up throwing in the trash.

every time i asked for the spicy chicken box they give me regular instead and today it happened again but this time I told them something and they went back inside to change it. 6 minutes later one of the employees come out, hands my food and realized they return the same one I had that I returned. I than realized they have never changed it or at least changed it a bit and js gave me back my same order. This Jack n the box needs to get there shit straight and pay, listen more attention.

They forgot my babies milk, which was the only reason I ordered from them through the Uber app. Really made me upset. Since it's 11:20 p.m. I am in a city I don't know, yeah I won't be going back to the jack in the box ever!

Speedy drive thru, pleasant customer service, late night drive thru line was reasonable compared to the Orange/PCH location with long line that barely moved.Parking: Not sure how many spots but parking for customers only and not overnight
