Rude, Disrespectful ,Lack of customer service, No manners and RacismWe came to this location on sat, April 20 approximately around 11:20 amI ordered a tuna sandwich and a short African American lady with braces asked me what i want in it?I said what are my choices? She gave me a nasty look and pointed at the bar said all these are your choices and rolled her eyes at me.I told her what i want and After that she starting to giggle and laughing with her partner.I asked her what are you laughing at? Is there anything wrong? Im here for the first time.She said “dont you have sandwich before?”Have i ever had sandwich before or not is none of her business. I came here to order food and asked simple questions but she gave me this kind of attitude.This girl totally careless about her job and it shows through her attitude towards customers.This girl needs to educate herself and understand social diversity.Jersey mike let this type of person represent your company, be the first hand who contact your customers, no matter how good your food is or what kind of strategy you try to put in is totally useless. Management need to come and see how your people handle customers.

Service is horrible! A crew member made fun of customer and was very sarcastic when customer needed more information about the sandwiches. Very rude. Needs retraining how to provide good service. Definitely never coming back here again.

In from the rain and being the only customer with 2 servers, I still managed to be served 3rd, and charged twice(!). One was a pickup, the other someone who came in for drinks and went straight to the counter as I waited.Ordered a Club Sub. Lady began to get it ready. Guy had me pay first as they did another sandwich which must be a remote order. He sliced the meats, asked what I wanted in it from the selections - lettuce & tomato, please. Then she started to wrap it up. I interrupted to say it should have mayo and bacon - as per the menu. She wanted me to list that as a need? Then she asked me to pay. I already had, I said. I had to repeat that and produced my receipt. She then said absolutely nothing - total silence.The food is great. The service is Sub par - there’s your new tagline.Good luck when it’s busy.

I am so very disappointed ? my sandwich was put on the wrong bread i had a long wait i ordered the #26 with no tomatoes on rosemary bread w/guacamole i what i got was #26 on white no lettuce the young girl who was preparing my sandwich because i bought 3 sandwiches spent $44 she finished making all 3 and comes to me and say i used the wrong bread to make the number #26 i am sorry is that okay. I just took my sandwiches and left i would have rather her tell it will be extra time to wait so she can fix her mistake. I won't return to jersey mikes if i am going get poor service like that. Smh

Ive never eaten at Jersey Mikes before until yesterday. The food is expensive but its so good. I had the bacon and ranch salad lol. The cheese, i couldnt get over it and the vanilla soda mixed with the rootbeer was so good. But there was an older gentleman preparing our food (i didnt catch his name) and hes the reason im writing this review. He was very friendly and welcoming. He seems to take pride in how his food comes out. You dont see too much of that in the fast food industry. If i ever eat at JMs again it would definitely be at this place because of him. The lady running the register looked like she was learning how to work the register she seemed a bit nervous and thats okay she was very nice.

Tasty sandwiches from a clean and efficient spot. Staff was top notch except for the surly girl at the cash register. I was confused by the odd texture of the bacon, I would describe it as bacon brittle. Looked like well made slices but oddly and uniformly crumbled into tiny pieces as it was eaten as though prechewed. I'd choose a different option next time. However it was the unpleasant person that left a bad taste.

Although the food is good and is alway's prepared properly, at least to my liking that is. The staff has never been too helpful or friendly. But come to think of it neither has any of the Manager's been for that fact? ? In the years i have been coming to this location i can honestly say 2 (yes 2) employee's have been pleasant and friendly. And forget about getting any other kind of help other then ordering and least of all regarding trouble placing an order on the app, Which by the way has happened to me countless times? The same response i have gotten by employee's more then once and even the Manager if you can believe it is, 'I'm sorry but i don't know anything about fixing the app.' No one there will make any further effort to assist you with any type of other issue's that may come up other then receiving and completing making your order. So Customer Service at this location is anything but good. That being said the food has alway's been fresh, on time, and never mixed up or wrong. So that is totally on point. So if they can just incorperate those same skills to a more friendly and helpful atmosphere at this location i can't see anything but long term success. ?

I visited in the evening of Aug 8th, 2023. The 2 guys were nice enough but when I ordered my veggie sandwich, the guy cutting the cheese picked up a block of cheese and dumped it down in the cutter that I'd just seen him cutting meat in when I came in. I'm a vegetarian and while I know that is my choice and no one else's problem, I don't expect there to be cross-contamination in a food store. Especially with me ordering a veggie sub, it should probably have been a clue. Plus, that's horrendous even without me being veg, how many times had that happened through the day, every day? Hopefully it gets cleaned severed times a day at least. I'm shy so I didn't say anything. Everything else seemed OK, just not the food handling. He also had the same gloves as when I walked in.Vegetarian options: Only one, really. The veggie sub. But they used the same cutter for the cheese that they did for the meat, without cleaning it, first.
