If you want decent customer service do not go to this location, employees are so rude and condescending, they don’t care because they know that the owner of this location doesn’t return calls, there is no number you can call so they think, you have to file online for a call back they say 48 hours to get a call back, NOT TRUE! I’m on day 3, if you mobile order even worse they give the food however they want, when you try to tell them your order wrong, you get a oh ya call the manager, I asked for the number he said he didn’t know it REALLY! I called later to see if another employee would be helpfull, I was so wrong, he gave me a number that was disconnected! I don’t like writing bad reviews but, this is ridiculous!

If you like jersey mikes then this place is completely consistent with their reputation and quality. I’m a recent concert of jersey mikes and consider them my favorite sub. I got the Philly cheesesteak this time and it was perfect! My other go to is the Italian. I think their bread is some of the best out there and getting every sandwich mikes way is the only way to go, and I add their pepper relish to *every* sandwich as well

The sandwich artist guys were great they did my sandwich according to order with great professionalism courtesy the whole place was clean well lit probably the best franchise I've ever seen the way they run this place is amazing and super friendly and always make everything fresh to order and... But if you don't turn down the goddamn music I am going to suggest a corporate that you have your franchise license removed thank you so much

Ordered food from this location on door dash around 6pm. Waited til 8pm to finally receive my food. That is not a door dashers fault. I was messaging said dasher and he informed me that they had not made my sandwiches yet when he arrived and that he was waiting on them. He himself also said "store is terrible" and "it's taking them a while because they don't have supplies" Not only did they take 2hrs. They did not provide my dasher with my drink and lastly when it came to eating my sandwich. One side had no tomato. And the other side had onions AND tomato's. Which I did request. Overall. Super displeased and horrible experience. Never ordering there again.

I never give 1 stars! This one was well deserved. There was one girl that was so confused. There's a line, people are waiting to pick up and she is literally walking back and forth doing nothing. Poor guy (looked like a manager with glasses) was running the restaurant on its own. I went to to pay BIG MISTAKE! So I walked away from the counter and I got a sandwich with no Mayo. Super dry!! Ugh never again! $50 disappointment

So we were trying to make an order online but ASAP for a pick up said 45minutes! That seems a lot of you just want to pick up soon but idk. So we had to go in person to get our food faster. Also! Online is the FULL menu, we ordered #66 Portabella cheese steak 11/10 and it's actually on the secret menu. #13Original Italian was a 8.5/10, note we also added banana peppers and got it the Jersey way which is the red vinegar olive oil, black pepper, onions, lettuce. The place wasn't that busy also during dinner time on a Sunday, quick service
Employees could definitely pay a little more attention and LISTEN to what the customer is saying. Terrible customer service. Ordered a 13 (Italian) on parm bread and a 14 (veggie) with no cheese on wheat. Had to emphasize to 3 different employees after the initial order "no cheese on the veggie". After explaining three times that I wanted no onions on the 13 I began to feel incredibly frustrated and I looked away for less than a minute and ended up with an Italian on half parm-half wheat with no cheese and a veggie on half wheat and the cheesy side of the Parm bread. At least they removed the cheese from the veggie sandwich.
