I really love the Art of Entertaining. It's a great way to get food already cooked that is more like home cooking. My favorites are the white bean chicken chili and the lasagna.

We hired Jill's Catering for our daughter's wedding held in our backyard Jill brought in help for preparing serving and bartending for the event. The food was an Italian feast that was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. We have nearly 90 guests, so this was no small task, Jill offered excellent suggestions for our menu choices including delicious appetizers (antipasti skewers, crabcakes and phyllo cups filled goat cheese) and hearty entrees (chicken parmagiana tenders, basil cream farfalle with sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts and penne with a marinara sauce with sausage and a layer of ricotta (like a deconstructed lasagne). Although the event was held outside on an extremely windy day, the food and service help certainly helped make up for that setback,

We had our Thanksgiving celebration at my work catered A very nice lady and a young lady maybe her daughter were setting up what look like a very well organized table. A row of catering trays with lids with food that told my stomach; dude got to see what's under the lids.Something that was like chicken Marcela. A macaroni al gratin style pasta. Rice with bits of chicken mixed in. Baby potatoes with a succulent brine sauce.And something similar to a type of gumbo. And a nice set of deserts. The food was fantastic cooked well and very tasty best food I have ever had that would compare to my God daughters cooking She is a Cordon Bleu Chef.And they did a early afternoon and late evening serving both fresh and hot. Hope we get this establishment to cater us again. Food was amazing
