Stopped by for a quick snack while waiting for wife to finish an errand. Had #1 special: bbq pork banh mi. The sandwich was made with a lot of care: each bite had every ingredient in equal portions. The bread was very good: long and narrow with a slightly crispy crust, soft and pillowey on the inside. It was a great foundation for a good sandwich. The bbq pork was sliced very thinly, and I was disappointed in the amount of meat given (maybe 3 slices thick, which wasn't very much). Part of a strip mall, so plenty of parking. They have a few indoor seats. They also serve coffee and smoothies.

Spring rolls come with 3 piece and a small container of peanut sauce. After eating the first spring roll, I ran out of peanut sauce. I asked for extra sauce but they charge 50cent.

Was happily surprised to see they had a fish cake banh mi on the menu. I asked for it but they said they don't have it. Went back to my original plan, the vegetarian banh mi with mushrooms and tofu. The sandwich I received has... cabbage. No mushrooms or tofu. My hot cabbage banh mi is whatever. It's edible, just not what I wanted. The iced coffee is enjoyable but I probably won't be back here.

Ordered two veggie banh mi. They served it with carrots, cabbage, and cucumber. No tofu or mushrooms as advertised. Disappointed.

I ordered their bbq and special sandwiches and it was ok. Disappointed because I expected it to be good due the great reviews. It was lacking pate and French mayo/butter to make it a savory sandwich. I also got the spring rolls and it was lacking pork belly to make it an authentic vietnamese spring rolls. I also got their banh bao and it was ok. The filling was not flavorful. Overall it was ok food not worth the money.

Ordered delivery, they didnt remove the jalapeño, they did remove the dessert and not tell me until it was delivered and they messed up the drink order. I'd give fewer stars for wasting a lunch break if i could

My partner and I loved Kc's bakery, but lately their customer service, prices and food quality have been terrible. I called the company to inform them that we found mold in our ham & cheese croissant and they offered a refund which I agreed to, but it was never issued even though I waited over 7 business days. We were appalled when we saw the mold, this has never happened before. I messaged the business to inform them to toss old bread for the health of their customers, yet my message was not acknowledged. Never coming back, I miss the old service and food quality!

Ordered through postmates, not the best, not the worst. Bread was quite dry, meat was alright. Way too much pickled veggies for the price. Don't think I'll order again.

KC's has good bahn mi but their prices have skyrocketed over double what they were just a year ago ($3.50 to now $7.79!). The sandwich isn't anywhere worth what they charge now. Used to be a good cheap bahn mi but definitely not filling enough to pay almost $8 for now. They also used to offer buy 4 get one free which they no longer offer. Especially considering the location which always has unhoused folks outside of it, it seems like a deterrent to serve the community they're actually situated in. Super disappointing.

I should have said something at the moment instead but there was another customer and I didn't want to embarrass the woman at the cashier.... But we're in a pandemic. Regardless of the pandemic we should be washing our hands especially if we're working cashier. Though she didn't handle my cash, idk what she was doing before I came in. But she washed her hands for LITERALLY 2 seconds. Like did you even soap? So I think okayaybe she's gonna put on gloves. She goes to the fridge, gets ingredients from the fridge without gloves on. Who knows maybe they have tongs? Maybe they have scoops? But she proceeded to make my sandwich and I'm assuming with no gloves because the counter is blocked. I understand restaurants prepare food without gloves but come on at least act the part and wash your hands for longer than 2 seconds.
