I'm updating my review because Koolberry immediately replied with a kind explanation and offer. I will definitely be taking advantage of their new 20% off Tuesdays, as they explained their new hours for the slower season. Please everyone GO HERE!! We need this gem to stay in our neighborhood. ........Kind of annoyed. Last time I went to @koolberryx a few weeks ago I was so happy when the young lady working told me that every Monday they do 20% off. Yayyy... I made a mental note and vowed to come back every Monday I was in town, which is about every other Monday. Went today only to see they were closed. I hadn't been on Yelp to see they had changed their hours a few days ago. Signage outside still indicates they would be open. Disappointed there aren't other açaí bowl options nearby. (If you know of one tell me!) The only thing else that satisfies a craving is a fruit/ vegetable juice, like Juice Lab, but they are also closed for a "remodel". Bixby knolls needs more options like this. I hope both places stay open for the long term, but the change in hours makes me nervous.

I absolutely love their açaí bowls! I've been coming here for almost a year and I'm never disappointed. The staff is so kind - especially Sammy, who was so patient, and smiling even when the line got long this past weekend. This is my go to spot after the gym and will continue to come here so long as the food and service stay the same! Love supporting small businesses

Love Acai Bowls. I eat them twice a week. This place has good acai bowls. The employees are great employees but Emily attitude and customer service is awesome. She also make bowls healthy. I'm not taking nothing away from the other employees but Emily you rock. I would have gave 5 stars, but the Employee on Wednesday 5/2/23 was frustrated today. MY order wrong SHE and was ? ? at me ??♂️ and I ask her to repeat my order over the phone so we can be on the same page. I PRAY SHE HAS A BLESSED DAY.

The açaís bowl was pretty good. The fruit was fresh and the chia pudding was DELICIOUS. The ratios were good. I think I was too indecisive with the toppings because the lady seemed to be getting a tiny bit irritated with me lol. But next time I'll know what I was for sure hehe. All in all it's a great spot and would recommend. Also parking can be a headache depending on what time of the day you come so be mindful.

Yummy açaí bowls and I love that you can get unlimited toppings! Always friendly service here but it's usually only one person running the stand at a time so expect a bit of a wait if there are people in front of you. So worth it though!

Had a craving for an acai bowl and saw that Koolbery was close by. Got the large acai bowl for about $12 which had unlimited toppings. I got the acai base with strawberries, bananas, blueberries, chia pudding, almonds, and honey on top. It was refreshing and oh so delicious. Service was great and Juliana was able to get my order out quickly. Checked out the menus and they also offer milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, strawberry lemonade, and hot Cheetos with cheese. Will definitely be coming here more often once the weather starts getting hot.
One of the best burgers we’ve had.. and who hasn’t eaten a lot of burgers! The meat was so fresh and the turkey burger was even good.

Came specifically for a Açaí bowl and was not disappointed. Getting here is easy as the shop is right in front of the street. It's small and quaint with a variety of options for toppings. I was not only surprised of the topping options at no additional cost but my bowl was made fairly quickly and everything was fresh.Nearby at steel craft you can find plenty of seating to enjoy your bowl. They also had other things for sale that looked amazing I'll have to come by and try them out.

I love this spot! I've only had the milkshakes thus far, but its everything you want in a milkshake and it's completely customizable. You get to pick from great mix ins and toppings (highly recommend a vanilla shake with captain crunch). As far as atmosphere - it's located in Steelcraft so lots of out door seating / places to chill. There's usually street parking near by, but there is also a full sized parking lot across the street for busier days. Haven't gone back for the açaí bowls but that's next on my list.

Great little dessert spot next to Steelcraft. They have delicious milkshakes that you can have basic or add cereal to them to give them added flavor and texture. They have a soy-based vanilla option, açaí & pitaya options as well as a flavor of the week option. I got my wife a cherry/pomegranate bowl with granola, banana and blueberries. You can choose to be healthy or indulgent. Depends on your willpower.
