Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Long Beach!!!Everything on the menu is great but the Carnitas is to die for!We went with two vegan friends who were thrilled that they could actually converse and actually construct dishes to their liking. We always have a blast at Los Compadres. They have a lot of Wow Factor menu items, combined with great bar, but also Family atmosphere. They do a special song if you tell them about someone in your party's birthday. The waiters and bartenders are the BEST. In the bar area, you can watch Sports and sit at the bar or in a comfortable booth. #AllTheBellsAndWhistles, plus exquisite Food, too...Vegetarian options: Mostly I just get their awesome Cheese enchiladas, I know they have fantastic Burritos without meat or chicken. Not sure about some dishes, but the wait staff are experts at their menu, and can answer your questions...Dietary restrictions: I think they would accommodate special requests, with a smile...Kid-friendliness: Super kid and whole family friendly...Wheelchair accessibility: Seems very wheelchair friendly...

I come here frequently for date night with my boyfriend, hostess is always friendly. Wait time is usually short! Service is normally very good, friendly and personable. Food always comes out with big portions and is always delicious
Unfortunately I did not like the food. The chips were stale and had very little salt. The bartender recommended the Chili Colorado and I didn't like it at all. I was told it was spicy which I love. However, I didn't find it spicy. It had a strange taste and terrible aftertaste. I could not eat the meat. I ate the beans, rice and 1 tortilla. The reviews were great, but that was not my experience.

This place is always packed and I've been wanting to try it so we finally did on a Saturday night. We were lucky and only waited for about 15 minutes. The place is loud with music and just employees bustling around. Service was good. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The food was good but not something so special to wait an hour for. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants and at lower prices where one can get the same thing or even better. Refried beans were too salty. Queso Fundido was yummy. Chips and Salsa were a great start. Enchiladas were good. Prices were mid range to higher priced for what you get in my opinion. Will i come here again? Maybe if a group of people wanted to go but i don't think i would come again for date night. It's nothing special.

The food was great. The service laxed. I ordered, and half of my order was forgotten. I also ordered food to go. I had to get a manager so i can retrieve my to go order. It was sitting on their counter, all the time. I waited a half hour.
