So”I said“maybe something should be looked into so no one else gets sick”She said with a attitude“I don’t know what im supposed to do about it, hold on”She put the phone down and I could here her tell the kitchen staff in spanish“Some lady says she got diarrhea” and the staff laughingShe came back on the phone and says“If you want a free burger, its ok to come get one”I said“I don’t want a free burger, Im concerned some else might get sick”She says“Then I don’t know what you want”I said“Never mind maybe ill call the health department and let them know”She said mocking me“ya, ya, sure, ok”

Best burgers in Long Beach. The dinners are also great. Chili cheese fries are to die for. Burritos are pretty darn good not as good as an authentic Mexican restaurant but darn good for a burger joint. Clean on the inside good parking lots of seating pretty fast service. I highly recommend it.

Food is good, service is bad. I've been here three times. Every single time I've had bad customer service through drive thru. This morning is the last time I go there. No smiles, she made sure to say "WE DONT SERVE COMBOS HERE!" ....okay then maybe try saying it in a nicer tone next time. Also , she gave me dirty looks when handing me my food even though I was smiling. Never understand how some workers chose to give bad customer service and working jobs they hate when it should be a priority to smile, especially in fast food.

They reopen Louis Burgers not too long ago the chili they need to revamp it I don't know what that big balls is in the chili I'm lost I've been eating here for a very long time and never had the chili like that they raise the price food don't taste the same

When you come here, make sure you come HUUUUNGRY!! The portions were huge I could have definitely shared it. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the helpings and an order of chilli cheese fries. The burger was tasty and it tasted like a homemade burger. It was late night and they were definitely busy but the service wasn't bad. They have a drive thru which is a plus! I make it a thing to stop by when I'm in the area.

Possibly the best local burger spot on this side of Willow. The zucchini fries are so far the best in LB in my opinion and they give big portions. I got the colossal burger this time and boy was it heavy! Took me straight to a nap. It's gonna be tough to find better pastrami!

Went on Monday in the drive thru with my family, ordered the kids some tenders, my wife a spicy chicken sandwich and I got the colossal burger. MAAAN that Burger rocked me the most delicious thing I've had in a minute. This place is winner for me, definitely coming back whenever I get in the area
