The under cooked my steak. And gave my guest cold coffee. When i let her know coffee was cold she said no it had steam when I poured it the cups just cold but she touched the coffee with her finger and it was cold coffee then gave her burnt tasting coffee. The drink sizes got smaller and more ice than drink.

My first time their with my Uncle, and His Family and my Dad and brother.. Very hard Workers and good food.

My waiter didn't deliver any kind of water until I told him and then he didn't give a straw. My husband had his straw and then he didn't deliver our biscuits until I got my food also with the waiter my husband ordered a drink and the drink was there in the waiter. Keep on passing it at the bar cause we're in the booth by the bar so we could see it And he didn't get it for a long time and then I asked for a chocolate martini if they had it and he said I'll go ask in my husband 15 minutes later finally finally flagged him down and asked do they have my wife's drink and the waiter says now he should came right to us and said no And then I gave him another order for a drink. He went to the register walked around a bit for about 10 minutes again and then he comes back to me says did you order this and I said yeah and then he put it in the register, and it took forever to get my drink. I asked for the receipt after this and then I went and had a drink at the bar because I didn't want no part of him because he sucked he was skinny. He had dark hair. And didn't seem to care. I feel we should be compensated for something because we come here every week and I even told somebody on the phone about this and they said they're just talk about it to the guy. Is this your policy? Just talk about it with and you guys have no name tags too.
I have always been a big fan of Lucille's Bar-b-Q. I went there on 03/18/2024 and to be honest it's changed a lot. Everything from good to service. The food was ok the brisket was a bit dry. It was not at all what I have had in the past. Service well what can I say I wasn't even offered a refill on my sweet tea probably only talked to the waitress 3 times. 1 to order drinks 2 order food and 3 for the check. The place was clean and plenty of tables available. Maybe next time I'll have better luck.

Had a craving for BBQ and had to do some other shopping so picked Lucille's because they have that nearby. Not a big fan of the biscuit because of the sugar on them. Had tri tip dinner with beans and fries. I like their beans. Not cloying sweet, have some kick, not a thick sauce. Not overcooked. Tri tip was tender and juicy and hot the spot. Not the best smoke flavor, but good enough for a chain restaurant. They have always been on the pricey side, and still are. That's why only 3 stars. Service was great, food came out fast, fries weren't as hot as they should be, and the biscuits were not hot either. I will still come here again.

This review is for the day of March 11, 2024.I will add and update this review for future visits and experiences.Today our server was Alex. What a server! Helpful, pleasant attitude, and on the ball with it all.Having taken a nap, I came in with a pleasant attitude, though I was a bit hungry.My family had been in first, and ordered and had begun eating.We had ordered the Family Supper for $139.99 and the kids enjoyed a burger and a grilled cheese.The ribs tasted just right, as I had commented to Alex. Some other instances in the past, the ribs have missed their mark in being good.Food was tasting great.The thing that capped it all off was being here to celebrate my son's birthday and my daughter's artwork winning first place in an art exhibit.I cannot speak for the other servers for today, but I would encourage any customer that comes in, to ask for Alex. He will take care of you and make sure your dining experience is a good one.Oh, and do not forget to tip Alex --or any server you get-- appropriately and properly.Parking: Parking can be a difficult issue at peak times.There is a multiplex movie theater than can draw in quite the crowd, thereby making nearby parking scarce.Wheelchair accessibility: With me not using a wheelchair, I cannot comment on all aspects of their accessibility.They do have a ramp out front to give access into the front of the restaurant.There is a restroom stall that is wheelchair accessible.The difficulties may arise when trying to navigate a wheelchair around or through the bar area to get to that restroom.

Party was originally placed at a table that would make us a bit uncomfortable sitting so close to each other, but the host worked with us and we had the most wonderful excitement with the service and food and laughter. Enjoyed this location.Vegetarian options: Several dishes dishes to choose from.
