Overall, the food was pretty good and I would return again if I was in the area. There's just an inconsistency with the quality/flavor of the foods that throws me off. Some were really good and others were not. Which I guess in my experience is odd for an Indian restaurant. Our server was sweet but seemed like he didn't quite have serving experience. Maybe a young family member or friend helping out. Which is fine but he just left the restaurant toward the end of our dinner and said nothing, didn't acknowledge he was ending his shift. We had to ask someone in the back for our check after no one checked on us. Pretty large menu. To start they give you pappadums with a mint sauce and a sweet sauce with a few pickled veggies. Highlights: aloo gobi - Really yummy flavor and would def order again. Hot sauce - no idea what it was exactly but I asked for something spicy and they gave me a bright red chili paste. Superrrrr good and spicy! I also liked their disco nan because it had all the flavors - ginger garlic and fresh chili pepper. Taj Mahal beer is so good and refreshing! Interesting - veggie fried rice. This was like a "Chinese" take out style fried rice. I tasted a lot of soy sauce and some type of nut, I think cashews. It was good but prob wouldn't get it at an Indian spot. Mid/would pass: Chicken curry was ok. Peppery. Yellow dal. Super watery and not flavorful. Chicken momo- I tried this because I've had homemade Tibetan momo. These were literally just frozen "gyoza" or at least they tasted like it. I can imagine the lunch buffet is a good deal and would return to try it out. They also have Indian style pizzas.

So I really love this place and got addicted to their chicken tikka masala and spicy garlic Naan to the point of ordering once every five days atleast for the past four months, it's a pretty expensive place but average for a 2nd street restaurant, I usually avoid ordering from 3pm to 7pm because the food doesn't feel fresh at those times instead I order after 8pm, also tried their chicken tikka and loved the marinadeParking: It's 2nd street, don't expect to find parking easily

We came in at around 3pm on a Wednesday and it immediately smelled amazing inside. They started us off with naan chips and some dip on the side, a perfect start. I got a mango lassi and the chicken tikka with a side of basmati rice. Big portions and absolutely delicious!! You can see the steam coming off the chicken in the photos. The menu was big and everything looked so good, I can't wait to go back and try more!

Literally so yum. I bring everyone here that comes to visit. They have an all you can eat buffet everyday from 11-3 for only 20$ and it is sooo worth it. Everything is to die for. My favorite spot in LB.

Ownership has changed since Covid; no longer the same experience. The husband and wife family who previously made Natraj so special have been replaced and Natraj no longer feels intimate or warm. Now it feels more kinda trendy, but I'm sure the food is still yummy... I just miss the elegance of the previous iteration of Natraj and the warm hospitality of the previous owners :'(.

Food: 7/10 Service: 9/10 Ambiance: 8/10 I visited during their weekday lunch buffet (from 11 AM-3 PM), and I tried every single dish...so you don't have to. If you're coming to try the buffet, here are my tips. SKIP THIS: * Tandoori chicken: dry and kind of bland * Chicken tikka: also dry and bland for a typically flavorful dish * Lamb curry: Also lacking flavor and a punch. * Rajma Masala: I wish this dish was bland, as I just could not stack the dense savory taste of the curry. TRY THIS: * Curried chicken: This is the real star of the buffet! It's tender, packed with complex flavor, and it has a slight kick. The curry isn't thick either; it tastes more like a glaze. This dish is so good, you'll want to eat the accompanying onions too. * Mixed vegetables: Another tasty dish and the vegetables were not overcooked. Kadhi Pakora: It has a nice creaminess to it and Delicious savory onions. * Samosa: This is the second highlight of the buffet. It's a classic style of samosa that has a comforting taste. * Garlic naan: Just do it!

I'm going to get this place five stars only because the food is incredible. I usually order through Postmates because I live across town and I honestly don't want to drive all the way there only because fourth Street is a lot of traffic but tonight on Christmas Eve me and my friends didn't want to cook anything we decided to order some Indian food because we haven't had it in a while. So I decided to drive all the way over there I pre-ordered it on Postmates just because it would be easier and our order is already up. My order said it would be ready at 6:27. I get there at 630 I walked in. I told the guy on Postmates I'm just picking up my order he basically was trying to charge me again and I told him that I already paid for it and so he had to go in the back call someone don't know who and took my phone just to confirm and I told him that I did pay for it. There is a receipt everything which at the end of the day he end up giving me my food, butthat was a little concerning. I really don't like that but overall I love this restaurant will continue to order if I need to call going forward I will. I just thought ordering off a Postmates would be a lot easier.

Haven't been here in a while even tho it's right down the street- our loss. The lamb korma was still excellent, the samosa was crispy outside and stuffed well but the best was the samosa chaat. Samosa Chaat! Take an already crunchy stuffed samosa, cover it with Chana Masala, chutney, onions and yogurt - Umami bomb! Watch your spice level request. Their spicy very well may blow your head off. They were good at getting the food out on time and the staff is quite nice. Maybe skip the buffet and get them to make your food fresh. Give them a shot or another shot...I'm glad we did and don't slouch on the "street food" menu. It's killer!
