The food is good, but what's up with these portions? I paid for a plate. But with this much orange chicken I should've just paid for a bowl and an additional 3 pieces of orange chicken. And one of the cashiers did not want to be working there. Dude was out of it. He asked if I needed anything. I said a cup of water and that request went right out the other ear. He asked if I wanted my order for to go or here. I said to go and that also went out the other ear.

Firstly their location is perfect for us, and very convenient. The staff is always friendly and inviting. I tried the Firecracker shrimp for the first time. I was a little hesitant, thinking it might be too spicy for my taste, but I was wrong! This shrimp dish was delicious with plump giant fresh shrimp, definitely do it again! If you try it save some for me!!Parking: Never a problem

I have not been to Panda Express in about 5-6 months because it’s just not as good as it use to be. I decided for Valentine’s Day to order for picking up. We got the family feast and the rice idk what they do to it but it’s super dry and like slightly undercooked and I had to drown it in soy sauce just to make it edible. The noodles, I’m like did someone put them in a shrink machine because they are not what they once were and I swear I have had better top roman that tasted better. The teriyaki chicken was good but guess you have to ask for teriyaki sauce to get it since it was not included and also got the sweet green bean chicken and the green beans are so over cooked nothing was left to them and definitely over sweet compared to before. I also got my favorite thing on the menu the black pepper chicken and it definitely didn’t have the same flavor it was a bland version. So I must say definitely disappointed and for what I paid I can go to a better place to eat

It is comforting to see at least 1 familiar face, and that is Jon's. His service is excellent, always with a smile, no matter how busy it is. He knows this is my Mom's favorite place and will ask how she's doing. The fact that he can remember that is beyond impressive. Besides the food and the convenient location of this branch, his pleasant and welcoming demeanor is why I keep coming back. This kind of customer service is almost non-existent. KUDOS, for hiring him!

Ordered online last week through the panda app and they messed up my sides. I called and spoke with 2 managers a female and a male and they were both useless . They told me because they ONLY messed up my sides they couldn't do much. But have me come in and give me a $2 worth to replace my side. I told them I do t usually drive that way if they can just refund me for the egg rolls and they had no clue what to do. The male ended up telling me he would issue a refund and hung up on me. Until this week I haven't been refunded. Maybe providing your managers with troubleshooting with guests issues instead of arguing with them. I will not be supporting this place anymore and your Yelp reviews could t say anything better.
