Came here with my girlfriend and waited 30+ min before we decided to leave because nobody came to touch up on our table or greet us. Not saying the waiter there was homophobic, but kind of strange how the table next to us that showed up after us got an order in, drinks and food out and we were just sitting there while he looked at our table from afar and whenever he checked in on said table next to us. If you’re looking somewhere there’s more friendlier places to take your business.

The worst service waited for 30 minutes just to get anything. Then they even brought the wrong order, and the food was burned. Never going back to Panini Kabob Grill again.

Had not ordered take out for a few months but did so last Sunday (1/28/24). Very disappointed. The salmon portion was tiny: 4 little pieces. And unfortunately the chicken option was extremely dry. Ugh. Our expectations imploded. It might take a while for us to return. They did have good service (we ordered online) and they had the order correct, which sometimes isn't the case. The grilled veggies were good; the only saving grace. They do a ton of takeout and maybe it was just one bad day but regardless it might take us a while to regroup to go back.

Best kabobs in town! Cannot get enough of their food. Great for large parties and catering. Decent price and high quality food. The staff is amazing. Love it.

Great food & large portions! The service was good and accommodating. We found street parking nearby on a Saturday night, so that made it easy to get in.

This spot was on point. I'm a difficult customer. I didn't know what I wanted. Yammel was so awesome. She answered my dozen of questions and put together a dinner for my husband and I that was healthy, filling, and delicious. I did take out. I ordered the family style dinner but I got beef kebab and steak instead of chicken for a bit of a charge. We also ordered the appetizer platter and tiramisu for desert. The sides of salad and pita, and everything that came with these meals will give us about three nights of Dinner. Ordering DoorDash or Uber Eats is becoming ridiculous. You pay $15-$20 in fees. So that's why I came in to order take out. So about 80 bucks we'll eat 3 nights. We would easily drop that on one dinner if we went out. Prices are just insane lately. Thank you Yammel for being so patient with me and for being friendly and kind.

great food however I recommend the location in Cerritos , much better , the Manager and cooks in downtown L B are overwhelmed and getting orders wrong, I love the pesto Linguini however when you advertise that it has artichoke hearts you really need to add them , LB never adds it , maybe they save it for themselves to take home , big difference from Cerritos, they really add the artichoke hearts as it states in the menu, the taste of food and service is much much better as well. I live by cerritos so that is my usual go to place however i work in LB therefore order from there downtown LB location . I try often and they never seem to get it right . Im not a person to leave bad reviews however there was not even a tiny bit of artichoke hearts .
Second time coming here when I'm in town. Love the service here. They are always welcoming, pleasant, and attentive! The chicken kabob was cooked perfectly. So often chicken kabobs can be dried out a bit but this was amazing. Their iced tea is absolutely delicious as well. I like the location downtown and the vibe of the restaurant. Haven't been during rush hour so o can't comment on what it's like when they're slammed. I'll definitely be back though!

2 stars for really bad service but okay food. Came in on Saturday afternoon with a friend and our daughters, and were told to seat ourselves as we were the only party besides another table. My friend ordered the chicken kebab plate; myself the falafel wrap. I proceeded to get my food about 10 minutes after the chicken kebab plate which was a bit awkward but I didn't have much expectations after noticing how slow they were. Nothing about the falafel wrap tasted like it was freshly made so the long wait for a wrap and cup of soup was perplexing. Seemed like they were staffed properly considering the amount of tables there were at that time but I was wrong. Our server didn't check up on us at all and we had to go find her taking phone orders just to ask for an extra plate as requested initially and then later go find her again for a to-go box. I ordered a meal for takeout on my tab and finally after receiving our tabs the check was split incorrectly. Again, had to go hunt down our server about the check because she wasn't going to come pick it up any time soon. When I asked her to split it as I requested she proceeded to turn to her manager and say that we were the ones who misspoke. She handled the situation rudely when I clarified to her the situation. Would not come back to this location again; their service is terrible and we didn't feel welcomed once during our experience. There are plenty of establishments in Long Beach with excellent food and service. This isn't one of them.
