This location is filthy dirty . The tables are disgusting don’t even look at the bottom of the tables . Service is even worse no one is ever at the counter you have to say something for them to come out of the back looking upset and aggravated not to mention the homelessness people going thru the trash can.

I got the strawberry banana smoothie and it didn't disappoint, after maybe 14-20 minutes it gets watery at the bottom so best to hurry and make the most of it. And I also got an original tart yogurt (medium) (5 toppings) with mango boba, strawberry boba, coconut, kiwi, and strawberry. The boba was bursting fyi!, quick and easy service and make sure to ask for a lid, very useful because eating all that can take some time.

Enjoy getting a large frozen yogurt. The toppings are fresh. I find it hard to find a pinkberry on the East Coast. I enjoy every time I visit.

Melted Mess…Smallest Possible Portion, Taste was Funky.1st time ordering from this Pinkberry and it will be our last as well. Quality NOT up to par with other locations we have been at.Yogurt was via delivery (which was a 3 min drive to our hotel for POR)Not sure why it was so bad, but it simply was. Not only were the flavors off but the portions were not up to standard and when it came to the “luxury” toppings it was hard and nearly impossible to locate it in one of our 4 items.I will simply say you could tell that they were not made with care for the customer as they were sloppy, the to go bad had NO ice in the bag, as is normal for any takeaway/to-go order at the 5 other Pinkberry’s we’ve eaten at.When your 6 and 3 year both ask “what happened to my toppings” you know they skimped.Not sure if this store doesn’t care, but we won’t be back. Order total came out to $42 pre delivery fees, we got NONE of that value.I should have read the reviews before we ordered as now I’m a bit concerned about the general state of this business. Red flag ?should have been they only had 4 flavors at 8pm on a weeknight and not the usual 6 that a store has.Avoid and don’t spend your money here.Something else a bit odd… The owner of this franchise doesn’t respond to any of the negative comments and feedback that people have left. Also the bulk of positive reviews seem to be from 5+ years ago.

The service is good, the yogurt is decent, and the toppings are plentiful! Plenty of seating and various options available. We tried the roasted almond and the original, and they were just okay. The roasted almond missed the mark, wouldn't recommend. The original was delicious! The pineapple tasted spoiled. The mochi bits were great tho! It was very quiet when we got here. Metered parking right outside. Overall, just your basic Pinkberry!

Dirty tables and floors. Be ware don’t go here they never have anything yogurt no flavors in stock. They have to make yogurt and too much time consuming. Terrible and poor service!!! Find another place!
Such great service! The place was clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find them in my neighborhood. Didn't even know they were here. Our Pinkberry was delicious with all the yummy toppings.

I’m here at 8:06p.m and the girl at the front counter said she is close for 15 mins but the sign out side says the close at 10p.m the reason they closed for 15 mins was because she was cleaning?? But there close at 10p.m The cashier that help me is Tayler after the transaction I ask for my receipt and she will ignore me and pretended to not here me so I asked again and she proceeded to print it out and throw it in the bag once i reached her it to get it! I mentioned to her that it was very disrespectful and she just walked away!

Out of bananas out of milk. Made a swirl cup so poorly messy and all the topping I added were falling off. Train the employees to serve properly! Then he expected a tip. Will not return :((
