Soggy, HARD pizza. Pretty disappointing. Half the crust was almost rock hard with nearly disintegrated splotches of crust all over, def not sea-worthy. Looked like a pizza *I* would make at home and I'm not a great cook. Flavors were ok, 3 star, but with all the technical issues I wouldn't order from them again. They came pre-cut, but the cuts were super sloppy and didn't cut the whole crust so I had to go over it again with a pizza cutter. Wasn't easy! Hard crust next to super soggy crust, so the slices came apart everywhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST AND ITS DOUBTFUL THAT YOUR FOOD WILL BE READY IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I order this pizza for the first time a couple months ago. It was so delicious. Then after that it was terrible. The middle was uncooked so many times. It was a waste of money for how expensive one pizza is.

Any pizza coming from this address is trash. Save your energy and just get a frozen one from the store. It'll taste better

Pizza ordered online for pick up. The website says you can order ahead before opening time and text message confirmed that pizza would be ready at 4:00pm. Pizza not ready until 25 minutes after 4 so had to wait longer.

Wackest pizza I've ever ordered. Barely even cut and No flavor. A $5 hot and ready pizza from Little Ceasars probably would have tasted better than what I got. Would not recommend to any one

Very slow. Need faster workers. complaints from couriers to customers. Needs new management.

Cold oily pizza don't waste your time I've tried twice to give them a chance use to be a good place fire which ever is making the pizza now and save your business

Ordered under their other name, plant based pizza company. I ate one piece and threw two pizzas away. It's inedible. Daiya is gross but in small quantity is tolerable. It's covered in it. They also put parmesan cheese in the box, of a vegan pizza. $40 of pizza is in my garbage. They have deserts, but none are vegan.

Was a little confused ordering delivery, as it was under a different name online (Plant Based Pizza Co). But pizza was great! Some of the better vegan pizza I've had in Long Beach. They did send parmesan cheese with the vegan pizza, which might make some vegan customers unhappy. But overall great experience and good pizza! I got the vegan pepperoni and vegan supreme, and both of them were delicious.

Tried the cheese pizza from Gabriella's, was very good ??, not too crispy, not too soft.

Today was my second attempt at trying to eat pizza at this spot. The parking isn't terrible I parked on theover and walked over and it was simple. My first time coming here was a Saturday night and they were bussyyy. The worker behind the counter looked at me and asked if I was picking up and then told me she couldn't take my order until about 15 mins so I left. This second time I came on a Wednesday evening and still just one worker but my wait time was 5 mins . Ok, so not to get into the pizza. I'm a born and raised Jersey girl, I grew up eating authentic Italian NY style pizza for every meal. As you walk up to this place is smells like home. The pizza itself is 4/5, it's pretty close to what I would eat back home but I'm not sure what's missing. It's definitely the closest and best NY style pizza I've had in CA. I feel like the slices are a little overpriced but I'll be back for sure. Thank you!
