Got chicken strips on 4/14. 1 hour later I was on the ground unable to move or speak because I was so sick with food poisoning. 911 was called. A very large bill racked up due to undercooked chicken from this Popeyes. Maybe just go somewhere else everybody. Not worth it!

This Popeyes was hard to get to by car because it only has 4 parking spaces. Google says it has a drive through but it definitely doesn't.Parking: There is no drive through and limited parking

I tried to order a 10 piece meal. The young lady at the counter gave me wings instead I was charged initially a bit over 19 for the erroneous order. I looked at my receipt and requested a correction and supposedly the manager went ahead and gave me the difference by charging me a little over 20. I tried to request my money back and she mentioned that she gave me the difference I was charged twice because it can't they hear the order? I tried to report it to Popeyes, the system Gives you therunaround You don't really talk to a live person

spent nearly $40 ordering the garlic parmesan wings for lunch yesterday and have had diarrhea for over 24 hours. haven't been able to eat anything else since then.tried to file a complaint on the popeye's website and it doesn't work.horrible store + horrible company.
Food is amazing for fast food, I order often an never got my food cold or burnt, if your gonna get Popeyes in Long Beach this is the best place. Location is a bit sketchy but the food is worth it

Don’t know why they still in business. I literally watched MULTIPLE people leave BEFORE ME, when they came in AFTER ME!! This happens every time. And all I got was some wings. This location is DEFINITELY trash. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The customer service was lacking in knowledge of condiment items. Granted several vital items the store was out of. Not having honey for biscuits and cocktail sauce for popcorn shrimp did not make the meal as enjoyable as it should have been.Parking: Handicapped parking is also available.
