Well me personally I will never come back. We were riding by and seen a black Owen business and wanted some barbecue so we stopped. But I'm good too much salt.In everything I do not want to have a heart attack before leaving out of a restaurant? 2 much salt and not enough flavor?

Outside seating. One 2 person table inside. Probably best for takeout.Beef ribs were fantastic. BBQ sauce on the side, (spicy is the bomb)which I love just so you can taste the rub before you taste the sauce.Rib tips were soft and yummy.Baked Beans were perfect and the Greens are simply delicious.Old school BBQ joint!!!!

My family & I have eaten at Robert Earl's before, but that was some time ago. I don't remember finding the food outstanding in any way, but don't get me wrong... it was good. We recently returned for another try & boy am I REALLY glad we did! I had the Baby Back Rib Dinner with Robert Earl's Mac & Cheese & their Potato Salad. Holy Heck! Yuuu-meee! Everything was so delicious, that I literally wanted to go back to REBBQ right then for more. I don't know what, if anything, has changed in their recipe or cooking process, but I am forever IMPRESSED by the food & can't wait to go again real soon! Every single dish of food was very tastey & fresh. The meat almost melted in my mouth. I recommend Robert Earl's BBQ to everyone who likes BBQ.

I've never been disappointed about the food I've gotten here! It's all to go orders . Their portions are adequate. I'll continue to patronize this establishment unless they price me out. I highly recommend!!!.....B Harper

I love this place. It takes a little long to prepare the food but I think it's worth the wait.

This place is so wonderful. When you want that home BBQ'd taste but don't feel like pulling out the grill and messing up your own kitchen, this is the place for you. The food is absolutely fabulous. Have to try the brisket and rib tips !!! The bbq beans are delicious as well. If you like banana pudding, you will love Robert Earl's. I don't care too much for banana pudding but theirs is different in a fantastic way. I actually ate this banana pudding. I LOVE peach cobbler and have yet to try theirs. I guess everyone loves theirs because every time I go it's always sold out. This place is really close to my heart because I went there with a huge last minute order and Robert Earl and his wonderful wife Tanya came through for us. I needed a catering order for a Celebration of Life. We discussed our options and they put us together a nice order that fit our budget. Not only did they fulfill my order and meet my requested accommodations, they showed genuine love for our family and event. No level of customer service could ever top that. They treated us, strangers, like family. For that I will be forever grateful and they will always be family to us.

If for some reason you can't go to L.A. for superior bbq, then Robert Earl's will hit the spot. What's similar to L.A. joints is the smokey flavor of the meat and slightly lacking customer service. For instance, I called to place my order and only because I had just read a Yelp review lamenting the "temporary cash only" situation on the day that reviewer ordered a month or so ago, I decided to ask, "You take credit cards right?" The reply "Uh, no. Cash only." Now, Robert Earl, why wouldn't you say that instead of waiting for me to ask? I just shook my head and hit up the closest atm because...ribs! But I would have been so annoyed to find out upon arrival to grab the goods that I had to leave to find a bank. Back to the food though. I got the rib dinner plate. $35! You read that right. Phew! But the portion of ribs was generous, six bones! So I can't complain. The sides were meh. Potato salad had a nice texture and chop (small chunks, not too large) but was bland. I added relish. The beans surprised me most because they had none of the familiar sweetness of baked or bbq beans. It was odd. They were savory but again kind of bland. I added brown sugar and a splash of ketchup but really couldn't salvage them. The ribs were pretty good though. Nice slight pull. Tender. Tasty. And I love their sauce. All in all, Robert Earl's is better than most anything you'd get in Orange County trying to pass for bbq. But, it's not competing with the multiple spots Inglewood has to offer (Woodys, Phillips, etc.)

The Q is delicious. Meat is Smokey, tender, fallin off the bone, full of flavor. We had pork ribs, brisket, and rib tips. The sides are.... different, mac is over seasoned and a bit greasy, beans are super tangy, greens have a totally different flavor profile than expected. Curious to try other sides to see if maybe they taste better. Cornbread was tasty. I paid $8 extra for a link but it was left out of my order unfortunately, would've loved to have tasted that. Wasn't expecting to be delayed by a 30 minute Jehovah's Witness appeal from staff but, people do what they feel called to do. I'd come again for the meat, but only If I knew I could respectfully get outta there without being held for 30 minutes + to listen to owner talk to me about her religion.

Kind of pricey the meat tastes like charcoal fluid and the service was a little slow upon ordering I'll never eat there

My husband and I wanted to try this place since it opened. Finally, we got to try it today! The prices are more than what we usually pay for good BBQ, elsewhere. The reviews were so good that we were excited to eat there. The Mac and cheese has too much pepper, the BBQ beans had too much pepper and bones (don't slurp them). We got 1lb of Brisket, and it wasn't tender, and the worst part is that it left an after taste in our mouths. We left all our food, and are very disappointed in the taste. I love supporting small business and I know I shouldn't feel bad for leaving an honest review. This wasn't for our taste pallet, but maybe it's good for others.
