Italian food is my favorite, so I was excited to try this (new to me) place. Our family is sick, so I ordered delivery. The food was promised 30-40 minutes from when I ordered (totally reasonable). When the order went 30 minutes past the delivery window, we called the restaurant to check the status. I was rudely told that he didn’t see a ticket and that meant it was probably out for delivery and it would get there when it gets there because other people have orders, too. While I understand the basic premise of delivery, I do not understand such a gross miscalculation of time. When I asked that he contact the driver (who works for the restaurant) to get a more accurate ETA, the employee hung up on me. The food arrived an hour past the delivery window (I had to figure out alternative meals for my two young children who couldn’t wait). Then, the food was mediocre at best. The pizza was soggy and the pasta sauce was flavorless. The only thing I can say for it was that it was hot. Such a disappointment, but I can overlook one bad delivery experience and might have tried a different meal. The ghastly customer service, however, ensured we will never return.

We ordered and were amazed and pleased at the food's taste and quality ?. Everyone will find something here they like. The meatballs were huge. The sausages tender and the pasta cooked perfect. 100% real Italian sauce. A huge, delicious, and perfectly cooked cheese calzone. Finally, supurb customer service.
The food was watery, the price was ridiculous. We watched the cashier pocket some cash from the register, hopefully he was breaking change or something. But then Google reviews were falsifying!

Pizza is good but don't bother trying to call an order in ahead. Trying to support local business but ineptitude is annoying. Called at 2:30 for a 5 pm pickup and no one had a clue what we were talking about when we got here. Too many pizza places.

Also so many large tables indoors for seating! The young man whom took my order was excellent in helping me out. There is no photos on the menu so he was great. Food was hot and fresh
