worst service i have ever had !! barista: male ,tall, light skin complextion, dark hair. customer in front of me asked for a refresher with fruit and he got upset because he didnt have scissors to open the bag of fruit. he then opened the bag with no scissors needed. after when done he came to ask for my order. i ordered a green tea. plain. simple order. he got the container threw it to the sink and was very sarcastic towards me when i said no sweeetner. his attitude was un called for. and him talkimg bad about the customer when she didnt do anything was completely wrong. his whole attitude was nasty. again. worst. service. ever.

Worst service ever!!! Waited almost 20 min for a coffee. 10 min in The lady tells me oh 10 min wait for your coffee e have to be brew some. If they would of told me that in the beginning I would of been fine. I the lady was being condescending, so I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager. Sounds asked for the C phone number to the district manager. Well there is no district manager. Then when I got home she didn't put the lid on properly and I spilt it all over my new shorts and the ground. Well Katie Starbucks manager I guess I just need to get ahold of the b owner then. Hmmm how does that sound

Waited for a while... No one at the counter, never showed. The Pavilion's staff went looking for them too, but no one could find them. Found a little coffee shop in the same lot instead, it was nice. Don't waste your time with Starbucks at this spot.

Terrible drive thru service on a Sunday afternoon. I said "soy milk" and the young girl working has a hearing problem. I told her 3 times.
