I'm not sure what it is lately with mobile orders with a food and drink order. I tried this location because the Cherry/Del Amo one has failed me too many times and sadly this one was no different.I arrived and my drink was ready but the loaf I ordered wasn't. I figured it was still being warmed up. Nope, the barista asked if I was waiting on something else and I let her know and only then was it prepared.It wasn't even busy when I arrived so I don't know why they couldn't get both items out at the same time. Going to have to try yet another location.

I have been enjoying this spot since they opened. The staff rocks and the service is top notch. Today being my last day at work and moving to Az I'll miss the interactions with one and allTo the staff ; thank each and every one of you for my ice teas and espresso morning!!!!!Scott

Worse Starbucks I've ever been to. The store manager here, I believe her name is "Shay", should be driving a bus, not managing a coffee shop. Her assistant, Suzanne, is not much better. Rude and unprofessional. Last time I was in, it took 20 minutes to get a fresh cup of black coffee. They adjust and alter the store hours at their convenience. I no longer come here, and I've advised my friends, family, and colleagues not to come here either.

The young lady Susanne at the counter was very rude and argumentative as I placed my hand out to grab my order she sat it on the counter this was after I had asked her to cut my wrap in half due to me not being able to bite it whole, in which I always gets my wraps cut without any issues.

This is the WORST Starbucks I ever been too. This morning I was spoken to in a nasty manner from the manager that was in. I waited 15 mins for my food. I was told I had a nasty attitude because I said it’s ridiculous that they serve the customers they want and want others to wait. Then another employee said “here’s her stuff since she wants to have an attitude” after I witnessed someone slapping somebody’s food and warming up someone’s food at the register and I thought it was rude because people were waiting over 15 minutes . The manager Rose told me that she didn’t care if I called corporate and they would not do anything . Horrible experience how Starbucks continue to treat Black people after being sued for discrimination.

I had an amazing experience with Victoria today. I like Starbucks but I'm not a individual who drinks coffee daily. She was very informative about the coffee I ordered. She was patient and explained the various flavors. I ordered what she suggested and I LOVED it!!!!!. She made my experience very exciting. I will be visiting this particular Starbucks again!!!!. Thanks Victoria! You are amazing! ??

This was the worst service I’ve ever received. Not only was my order completed but it took over 30 minutes because the girls were chatting instead of working. The whole line of cars got their orders before I had to get a refund. Worst experience

Don't do pick up order here it's never on time. I was at counter at my pick up time all for her to tell me I have 4 more orders ahead of me smh then what is the point of doing pick up order. I have a management mentorship class at my new corporation I'm at and really needed a coffee to help me wake up, so disappointing and wasted time.
