Two times in a row they forgot to put vanilla in my vanilla latte… which is annoying seeing as it costs more money ($7 coffee) and I don’t enjoy regular lattes. It was trash :( the drive thru line moved fast at least. They never mess up my partners order for some reason? He gets the same thing but with oat milk. Bummer!

You really want to like this place because it popped up in a neighborhood that really needs this kind of environment. Unfortunately, your food is never on time and a third of the time there’s a mix up with my order. I still come because I want to support what they’re trying to do in this area, but it’s tough, when you go to a different Starbucks and they’re organized and motivated; the difference is stark.3/ 10/ 24Cracked the code to this place.If there’s any kind of food involved. Order 20 minutes early, It’ll just be just coming out. No matter what day what time or how busy.?

there is one cashier that always gets my order wrong wether it be the wrong size or the completely wrong drink entirely. whoever was cashiering at 9am on a wednesday.

This location rarely gets my order right but the staff are usually nice and cheerful. This weekend though i had a girl who just seemed unprofessional and sensitive. The girl at the drive thru taking orders must have been emotional that day and was unaware of how to react to a simple exchange. She asked for my name for the order, I gave it to her but she couldn't hear me so I leaned in and spoke a little louder for her and enunciated my name so she could hear me over the noise but she took offense and took the petty way out by putting a silly name on everything. Funny but childish.

The drink is always made fresh on a daily basis. The foods are warm up if you want it or you can tell them you like as is. Service is fast alongside the atmosphere. Free wifi in case you want to save on your data if you're on a budget.

Waiting on a Christmas Eve. 1hr in the drive thru. I hope management makes changes to prevent this pathetic service. It looks like there’s more than 5 employees inside and there’s no customers inside since they have the doors locked.

I can’t review the food because I’m only there for one thing - Venti Ice Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso with White Mocha and Vanilla Sweet Cream Foam. The drive thru experience is fast and I’m always greeted with a smile.

I have been here a few times. The food at Starbucks is not the best and it's packed with young students from school on weekdays. Atmosphere is alright. I had to give a review due to the worker named Erica. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Because of her recommendations, I am satisfied with every order and continued to place orders as I work remotely from here. Thank you Erica! Keep doing what you do ?

I have been to so many Starbucks but this one has a great person there that I have to let everyone know about. His name is Chris and I have had the pleasure of having this young man take my order twice now. He has energy in his voice that will make you have a great day even if it is already good. He sounds like he is so happy that each customer is there and he is taking their order. On that note alone , he makes me give this place a 5 star. Keep more young people like Chris on board!
