Kaitlyn has very very poor customer service! Extremely rude! She really doesn’t need to work here. She said she’s the supervisor but she clearly needs more training! I won’t be returning to this location based off her and her service. She raised her voice at me and that’s completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated!

I come to this Starbucks and all my coworkers since they open but you can definitely notice when they have new staff because they coffee is always nasty and cold plus rude staff it’s been months that we all notices this if you guys don’t like to make coffee you should work somewhere else because we expect our coffee great this is the reason why we go every day now we are going to the Starbucks on south st always great coffee and very friendly staff you can feel the vibe so good luck with that attitude (:

Store is completely closed and there is no signage on any of the doors and the drive-through is still open with the digital sign on. I just sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes before somebody else came and knocked on my window to say that they went through the drive-through line and no one was in the store at all.

I usually come here often to study. Nice vibe and the employees are always nice and quick with my beverages when I order. I gave 4 stars because heads up; they don't have any plugs to plug in your electronics. Other than that, this place is pretty decent if you're looking for a chill Starbucks.
If possible I would leave 0 stars, this McDonald's always forgets either a spoon, condiments , and wrong order.

This one along with the Starbucks on Artesia and Downey are the slowest ever!!! This time waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru at around 1pm. So frustrating! Need to hire more people!

I was merely going to buy a few fraps at this location however after I ordered them the African American cashier (unsure of the name) seemed to be bothered by a question I asked the employee. I asked the female employee making the drinks what type of espresso beans there usually are in starbucks, the cashier proceeded to interupt me by answering a whole different question. She seemed really hostile and bothered. The cashier was really rude.
