I put in a phone order about 30 minutes in advance today and I still had to wait because even though I told the worker that my name is Jay, she just assume with the attitude that I said my name was Emmanuel. So after she hand me the wrong bag now, mind you the The bags don’t have names on them anymore which just makes no sense. She asked me what my name is and then proceeds to give me my current order that was already sitting there. The fact that she has the nerve to get an attitude with me is just unbelievable. This location is terrible. These people clearly don’t wanna work here.

As much as I love coming here for fresh brew coffee. Some personnel have their days upside down. Yes, we understand your day is not going well, but please don't put the frustration on the customer, especially to the one coming in with a smile and asking how your day is coming along. My experience that day was awful, but I kept a solid face and was polite the whole way. Even put a tip in the cookie jar. No thanks whatsoever. It's okay though, tip was for the coffee make.I was excited that day because of their season cup giveaway when you purchased a holiday drink. What I ordered was,Drinks:1. Grande Ice Peppermint Mocha: brightens the holidays: signature Espresso Roast with coconut milk, sweet mocha sauce and peppermint-flavored syrup, topped with whipped cream and dark-chocolate curls.Oh man, that was so delicious and refreshing. Having you feeling good early in the morning. Im glad this is the season to enjoy. You gotta try it. Especially during the season of joy.This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. the worst location. Twice I had to throw away the drink because they didn't prepare it well. The workers have a look like I don't want to work and you have to wait for 20 minutes... to throw away the drink... besides, they need more employees.

I can always count on Starbucks for a great cup of coffee. The quality and taste are top-notch, and their menu offers a variety of options for every mood and season. Plus, the cozy ambiance and free Wi-Fi make it a perfect spot to work or relax.
Ordered via Uber eats at this Starbucks location. Staff missed one of my drinks, disappointed. I do like that they seal the food and drinks so they get 1 star for that. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to get the missing item delivered.
Starbucks is known for its customer service and its understanding of that large portion of its clientele are travelers. I came in at 7:30 PM ready to order and needed to use the bathroom after a 2 Hour drive only to be turned away because they just cleaned it. Thank you Chris for letting me know not all Starbucks are managed the same.
